GoogleFine and Country gave excellent helpful advice and service when marketing our property. They had in-depth knowledge of the local area and stayed late into the evening to answer the buyer’s questions. They really do provide a five star service. Thank You Ian and your team.

Thankyou so much for this kind review. It is really helpful to us to show potential new clients the extra things we do as we appreciate it's not easy choosing which agent to appoint. We hope reviews like this endorse the service we will provide and we thank you for trusting us in this. Also you have been a pleasure to deal with and we know how attached your family were to this bungalow and we are pleased we've found lovely new buyers to enjoy it like your parents did.

GoogleWhat a find these two ladies were!! I’d been looking for a new home in Bovey Tracey for some time and whilst I’d looked at several properties, none had ticked the box. Then on the day my ‘now new home’ came on the market, Zoe called me, with excitement!! Two days later Rachel showed me the bungalow and along with me, agreed that it felt like we’d found my next home. Both Zoe & Rachel took the time to get to know me, and understood what my priorities were. Every time they said they would call back or do something for me, they did. I highly recommend Chamberlains at Bovey Tracey with these two ladies setting very high standards. Thank you both, can’t wait to invite you up for a 🥂 visit.
What can we say. Thank you so much for such a glowing review. You were lovely to work with and we are both glad you are happy with your new home. We look forward to visiting you once you have settled in. Welcome back to Bovey Tracey finally. Kindest Regards Zoe and Rachel.

GoogleFor various reasons I have bought and sold several properties in the last few years. When selling (and I have the choice) I have found Chamberlains at Teignmouth to be an excellent company to work with. The whole team, ably led by Helen Potts, are caring and considerate and they actually listen to what is said to them! Their valuations have always seemed to be realistic - they do not, for example, overvalue just to get the work. An honest team that I am pleased to recommend.
Thank you for taking the trouble to do this review and for always trusting us with your valuable business. It is very much appreciated and you are always a pleasure to assist. Thank you!

GoogleWe instructed Chamberlains in May 2023, after a sale was agreed on our house on 4 occasions and subsequently the chain falling through with another agent. Zoe and Rachel provided us with a quick and seamless service to get our house photographed and readvertised. They quickly found us a suitable buyer and from then on they worked extremely hard to facillitate the sale to completion. The chain experienced a couple of setbacks but Zoe was not detracted from the ultimate goal of ensuring that our sale completed, in a timely manner. We would recommend Chamberlains in Bovey Tracey to anyone looking to have their property professionally advertised, marketed and sold
Thank you for this glowing review. We so enjoyed working with you both and so glad we achieved the end result and got you moved to start your new adventure. Happy New Year to you both and we wish you all the best for 2024. Kind Regards Zoe and Rachel.
