A first class team in operation at Chamberlains. They work hard, fast, and effectively, to sell your property. Communication is excellent and they are extremely helpful. They had viewings for our property the first day and sold it within a week!! If you're looking for an estate agent, we cannot recommend this team highly enough.

The Chamberlains team in Bovey Tracey have exceeded our expectations all the way through the selling process: sharing their invaluable advice and expertise; building a great relationship; responding quickly and effectively when there were hiccoughs or hurdles; and keeping us well informed, entertained by the humour in the emails and feeling genuinely supported right up to the finish line. Thank you.

We had a wonderful experience with Chamberlain's Teignmouth, Helen, and Yvonne, and the team was fantastic throughout dealing with any queries and answering any questions promptly. We would highly recommend the experience as a buyer, and well, they sold us the house, so I would say they will be great for sellers too!

The Teignmouth team were super helpful. Led, by the knowledgeable and seemingly, always on hand Helen, made the sales transaction that much easier and without doubt, they are a pleasure to deal with. If you need to sell your property, I would recommend you look no further.

It has been a pleasure selling your mother’s beautiful property and thank you for trusting us with your business, remembering our service levels from when we sold for you several years ago. I have never previously written a consumer review but am compelled to refer to the standard of services provided by the Bovey Tracey Chamberlain estate agent team. It is difficult to find the words sufficient to express my gratitude to Rachel and Zoe for the excellent service they provided. Their kindness, consideration and absolute professionalism from evaluation to completion of sale was evident throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they went well above and beyond to assist, support and reassure me throughout. I whole heartedly recommend this dynamic duo to you . If you're selling and want a hassle free excellent, proficient service then this wonderful team is for you. I genuinely cannot recommend more highly and I promise that you will be writing a similar review when they quickly sell your house ! Best wishes John Pearson

Chamberlains has to be the best estate agent in Bovey by miles. Rachel and Zoe are the kindest, most helpful and attentive professionals who offer the kind of bespoke service which seems increasingly rare these days. Nothing is too much trouble and their knowledge of the local housing market in Bovey Tracey is based on long standing experience. I have valued them enormously during the sale of my house and I would like to think friendships have been built during the process. I'm sure the directors of Chamberlains appreciate they have wonderful employees in Rachel and Zoe...but they deserve every accolade for their hard work and customer dedication. And to anyone out there considering a house sale or move, don't even think about using any other estate agent in Bovey! Seriously 😊

This is the first time I have had the opportunity of giving instructions for sale of a detached property in Newton Abbot, the service has been excellent . Timeline. Rang Chamberlains .Lovely and professional approach. Craig ,the manager, came to view the next day, gave his opinion as to value.Followed by good quality photos with description, folder and paperwork explaining their approach. Signed a mandate for sale with the property being listed on 26th June 2023 Chamberlains took their various clients to the vacant property and I received a satisfactory accepted offer.A Memorandum of Sale was sent to solicitors on 10th July. Since that time Chamberlains Team, ably assisted by Mandi Cooper, have dealt with all the details and diligently dealt with mine and the purchasers solicitors.Result ,exchange of contracts today 6th September with completion for the 8th September. Very well done Chamberlains.Thank you. Robin Simons

Fantastic experience with Chamberlains Newton Abbot branch. We would like to mention Mandi who was amazing throughout our purchase and acted each time with a prompt response. Her communication skills are fantastic and we never felt like we were problematic with our endless phone calls. Our purchase which we needed to be “ swift” as we had sold our property was dealt with so professionally by Mandi that we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them in the future should we need too . Fantastic estate agents from our experience. Thank you . D Hughes
