GoogleFrom initial enquiry to purchase completion, the service from Helen and her team at Chamberlains has been first class. When we were first looking in the area and therefore meeting different agents, the difference with this sales team was apparent from the beginning.
They obviously take time to know their properties so that they can give you full information, which was not always the case with others.
Once we moved on to purchase dealings, the manager Helen took charge and has been the central, dependable anchor for the whole proceedings. Communication has been excellent throughout. It is no exaggeration to say we would not be about to take the keys of our new property without Helen's mediation and common sense dealing with multiple solicitors!
Chamberlains have been a pleasure to deal with and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The difference of a few hundred pounds in fee can be the difference in a sale falling through or being kept together, saving thousands of pounds and huge disappointment. One of them left agreed without getting the chance to view, two others still on the market unlet. Feel really sorry for the landlords putting their property through this agent. Getting no return on their investments because they are too lazy to book viewings!
