GoogleWe had our offer accepted, references approved, contract signed,deposit and first rent paid.. after a couple of week they just canceled with no good reason leaving me and my partner in a difficult situation as our current flat was already rented out to new tenants and we had little time to move out and find an alternative.

GoogleVery unreliable! After passing the references process I was asked to sign the contract and solicited the payment of the deposit and first month of rent, only to be notified 10 days later that the landlord wanted to cancel the contract due to familiar causes. No compensation was offered either, worst experience so far with a rental agent.

GoogleThey make promises they don't keep, give lip service and generally are impossible to reach. They leave you on read when you message them. Unprofessional and a waste of time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

GoogleMy grandson had the WORST possible experience with Celestial Globe. Shortly after signing the contract, the agents proved to be extremely unresponsive in resolving various issues that arose. My grandson was left without hot water in the apartment for two weeks during the winter. At the end of the rental period, Celestial Globe simply refused to refund the 3800 pounds paid as a security deposit, despite all bills were duly paid and proven. They claim that one of the hob burners is not working and they need to send a technician to check the defect. It should be noted that the equipment is new and still under warranty! All they do is ask for "patience" and say that they didn't schedule the technician's visit because they have more "urgent" matters to attend to. Clearly, the customer will never be a priority for this company, and in the meantime, the money is arbitrarily withheld. FIND ANOTHER AGENCY OR VE PREPARED FOR THE WORST SERVICE OF YOUR LIFE AND UNCOUNTLESS HEADACHES!

GoogleWe had a really good experience with Celestial Globe. And still do so far. Joanna was our contact person and was easy to reach and would always reply very quickly on Whatsapp to any questions. the whole process was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
