GoogleI highly recommend Celestial! They have been letting and managing two properties for me, and their service is consistently excellent. The team is incredibly reliable and provides truly great customer service. They are always responsive, even during out-of-office hours and weekends, which is incredibly reassuring. A special thanks to Ellie, Tracy, and Yifan for their outstanding work!

GoogleIf only it was possible to give less than 1 star. We are currently renting from here. It is my understanding that the large, pricy property we are renting is also managed by this company. In my own, personal opinion, the management aspects of this flat have led me to conclude that I personally would not rent from this agency if I was homeless and they advertised the last flat on the planet. I believe that this company is not to be confused with Celestial Globe Northwest, with whom I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend.

GoogleIt had been Very very patience and well served by Ellie and Yifan. Thank you for looking after me and my flat. I had been experiencing my flat was rented out as a landlord. It was good experience and they are showing their efforts and responsibilities. I don’t have to worry anything thereafter. (The rent is received on time, supervision the flat, communicate with the property management company etc.) And they helped me a lot with all my different varieties of needs. Showing them full respect! Well experiencing in London for property rental agent! They are professional. Thank you for having you guys! 😊

GoogleWe rented a property managed by Celestial Globe in SW8. We had a great rental experience, unlike with most other London estate agents we've dealt with in the past. The team (Lily, Tao, Yifan, Tracy).was extremely courteous and professional throughout. Communication was excellent, and all our requests were swiftly taken care of. I wouldn't hesitate to rent another property through Celestial.

GoogleVery unreliable! After passing the references process I was asked to sign the contract and solicited the payment of the deposit and first month of rent, only to be notified 10 days later that the landlord wanted to cancel the contract due to familiar causes. No compensation was offered either, worst experience so far with a rental agent.

GoogleWe had our offer accepted, references approved, contract signed,deposit and first rent paid.. after a couple of week they just canceled with no good reason leaving me and my partner in a difficult situation as our current flat was already rented out to new tenants and we had little time to move out and find an alternative.

GoogleThey make promises they don't keep, give lip service and generally are impossible to reach. They leave you on read when you message them. Unprofessional and a waste of time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
