GoogleI had a wonderful renting experience with Celestial Globe North London, all thanks to Joy. She was always friendly, sweet, and I really appreciated how quickly she responded. She replied to any questions or concerns almost instantly over text and was always polite in every interaction. Joy made everything so much easier and took a lot of the stress out of moving. I definitely recommend Celestial Globe North and Joy to anyone looking for a place in London.

GoogleDo NOT rent with this agency! We had agreed a set of terms on a rental flag on 6 August. They sent through the tenancy contract on 13 August which reflected a completely different set of terms and they insisted that this can’t be changed as it’s their template. They then provided no explanation, no opportunity to come to a solution and terminated the agreement, completely wasting my time and energy on this. Please do NOT deal with this agency, this is not how legal processes are run and most certainly not who you should be trusting with your home. I now have to find a flat a short notice AND wait for my holding deposit to be refunded. Shockingly unprofessional as well - Joy, the agent said “You are wasting my time now, as I have already explained the available options to you.” - it was essentially an ultimatum. Sign the completely wrong tenancy contract and get comfortable with relying on their word that they will honour the agreed terms, or nothing. Absolutely shocking service.

Holding Deposit Your holding deposit will be handled strictly in accordance with the terms of the agreement and legal requirements. Please allow the standard processing time for the refund to be completed. 4. Future Cooperation We remain committed to providing professional and transparent service to all clients. While we regret that we could not finalize this tenancy, we hope there may be an opportunity to work with you again in the future. Thank you for your understanding.

GoogleI recommend Joy from Celestial Globe very highly. She reacted quickly to our request to visit a property, which we subsequently placed an offer on. She calmly helped us navigate a few of the hiccups with the sign up process, and now we are ready to move in!

GoogleIf I could give zero stars, I would. AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs. They do not comply with the law. They protected our deposit late. They tricked us into moving into a property with no working heating. We spent 2 months in the middle of winter freezing cold and they didn't lift a finger to fix it. They knew the heating didn't work but lied to us. And now after months of still having non working heating, they claim it is outside of their control. They also showed up unannounced for an inspection so they don't respect a tenant's right to quiet enjoyment of a property. We asked for a rent reduction in light of the heating issues when they asked to renew our tenancy and they said no. I don't see why they expect us to pay the same amount for the property that we agreed to pay when we thought the heating worked. Now we know that it doesn't, why should we continue paying the same? And now as a result of us complaining, they are telling us to leave the property because the landlord wants to sell and we are just about to have a baby. So they are kicking out a young family with a newborn baby as retaliation. These people are rogue criminals, AVOID AVOID AVOID. You have been warned.
Plz provide your full name and tenancy address, we don't have your data at all. If we found you make the false claim, We'll inform our solicitor and sue you. You'll be bear all the legal cost.

GoogleOne of the worst lettings agency I've ever dealt with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Read the last few reviews to get an idea of how bad they are. Rented a property from them that had NO WORKING HEATING!!! It's clear they were aware of this because on our first day, we noticed there were a number of small fan heaters in a corner of the living room (yes, really), which are totally inadequate for a property this size. Once we started the steps to fix this, we were told by technicians and the building managers that the heating hadn't worked for a long time and previous tenants complained of the same thing. Aside from this issue, they showed up unannounced for an inspection on one occasion (despite being told not to, as per the tenancy agreement) and attempted the same thing a few months later. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

GoogleZero stars; wish we had read these reviews before signing a lease for a flat (expensive flat in Sugar Quay EC3R) managed by CGNL -- there are obvious fake reviews here so don't be fooled, just look for the low stars to get the real picture of what it is like living in a flat managed by CGNL. We are professionals who have lived in London for over 20 years. We have lived in several flats, mostly in NW3, and this has been, by far, the worst managed flat we have lived in. Too many terrible experiences to detail (and don't want to re-traumatize myself or others reading this) but in short this company should not be managing properties in London, or anywhere. Their communication is terrible, both with tenants and with tradespeople. if anything goes wrong, they seem totally incapable of finding appropriate tradespeople to fix and resolve issues which means months and even years of dealing with no heat, unusable bathroom from botched tiling job, waiting for 2+ years and counting for curtains to be put up blocking London city lights streaming in windows, I could go on and on, including about all the gaslighting and periods of ghosting, but you get the idea. CGNL's inability to deal with serious issues would be laughable if it wasn't significantly impacting people's lives. We felt compelled to leave this review in hopes of saving anyone else from this nightmare

GoogleI signed a joint tenancy agreement with Celestial Globe North London several months ago. When replacing myself on the lease, I was charged fees illegal under the Tenant Fees Act - even though I quoted the articles they were violating. Only by using the Property Redress Scheme was I able to reclaim the non-permitted fees (many months later).

GoogleAmazing experience with Celestial! Our agent Connie is super sweet and responsible! We found this place via Zoopla, the price in this area is quite fair ( I guess it’s even lower than the average). Extreme professional with every step of renting and moving in. What surprised me was that they even provide us with warm and clean bedding suit, the sheet and pillows are soft and nice! Also they set the curtain before our moving in. GoogleStrongly recommend! I have been living in London for four years and met lots of agencies. However, Celestial Globe is the best one I have ever met! Really responsible, friendly and effective. They will try their best to satisfy your needs and of course they always make it. If you want to find a letting agent who is like a friend of yours, I really recommend Joyce!!!
