GoogleI highly recommend Celestial Globe - specifically the incredible and professional Connie. Compared to all of the other estate agents I've dealt with recently Connie was a dream to work with. GoogleIf I could live in London for another year, I would definitely choose Ms. Deen from this real estate agency again! From providing me with rental options to moving in, she provided excellent service at every stage. If you're going to deal with the indifference and arrogance of other real estate agencies in London, you'll want Ms. Deen here!

GoogleMy DPS is locked and so i have been mailing them for over a month now and yet haven't received any reply. Had even faced a lot of issues during the booking process. I shifted in the apartment 9 days later then the given date. Had the worst experience ever, would never recommend them to anyone at all instead would ask them to not choose them and get it done from somewhere else.

GoogleRenting through them and having the most horrendous experience with no support. My fridge broke 5 weeks ago and finally after a lot of pushing they arranged to deliver a replacement one for today - wrong size arrived, even though an engineer came three times to check. Very disappointed and still without a working fridge / freezer.

GoogleMy grandson had the WORST possible experience with Celestial Globe. Shortly after signing the contract, the agents proved to be extremely unresponsive in resolving various issues that arose. My grandson was left without hot water in the apartment for two weeks during the winter. At the end of the rental period, Celestial Globe simply refused to refund the 3800 pounds paid as a security deposit, despite all bills were duly paid and proven. They claim that one of the hob burners is not working and they need to send a technician to check the defect. It should be noted that the equipment is new and still under warranty! All they do is ask for "patience" and say that they didn't schedule the technician's visit because they have more "urgent" matters to attend to. Clearly, the customer will never be a priority for this company, and in the meantime, the money is arbitrarily withheld. FIND ANOTHER AGENCY OR VE PREPARED FOR THE WORST SERVICE OF YOUR LIFE AND UNCOUNTLESS HEADACHES!
