GoogleRenting through them and having the most horrendous experience with no support. My fridge broke 5 weeks ago and finally after a lot of pushing they arranged to deliver a replacement one for today - wrong size arrived, even though an engineer came three times to check. Very disappointed and still without a working fridge / freezer.

GoogleI signed a joint tenancy agreement with Celestial Globe North London several months ago. When replacing myself on the lease, I was charged fees illegal under the Tenant Fees Act - even though I quoted the articles they were violating. Only by using the Property Redress Scheme was I able to reclaim the non-permitted fees (many months later).

GoogleI had a highly disappointing experience with Celestial Globe (Glencoe Property Ltd) regarding a property in New Providence Wharf. Despite providing a holding deposit of one week's rent as requested, the agency failed to provide the tenancy agreement for review before payment. When the contract was finally shared, I requested a minor clarification to be added regarding the time limitations of rent liability in the event of early termination. The agency's response was unsatisfactory. They explained in emails that the liability for rent would be capped at the original lease term, yet they refused to include this clarification in the contract. Instead, they insisted that their standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) contract could not be amended due to system limitations. Despite our willingness to proceed with the tenancy after receiving the necessary clarification, the agency prematurely put the property back on the market without our confirmation. When I requested a refund of the holding deposit due to their inability to amend the contract, the agency cited that we failed to take reasonable steps to enter the agreement, thus justifying their retention of the deposit. In summary, Celestial Globe (Glencoe Property Ltd) lack of flexibility, and unprofessionalism in handling our tenancy process. I would not recommend this agency to anyone seeking a fair and transparent rental experience.

GoogleVery unreliable! After passing the references process I was asked to sign the contract and solicited the payment of the deposit and first month of rent, only to be notified 10 days later that the landlord wanted to cancel the contract due to familiar causes. No compensation was offered either, worst experience so far with a rental agent.
