GoogleMy DPS is locked and so i have been mailing them for over a month now and yet haven't received any reply. Had even faced a lot of issues during the booking process. I shifted in the apartment 9 days later then the given date. Had the worst experience ever, would never recommend them to anyone at all instead would ask them to not choose them and get it done from somewhere else.

GoogleStrongly recommend! I have been living in London for four years and met lots of agencies. However, Celestial Globe is the best one I have ever met! Really responsible, friendly and effective. They will try their best to satisfy your needs and of course they always make it. If you want to find a letting agent who is like a friend of yours, I really recommend Joyce!!! She's quite patient, considerate and help you slove problems quickly.

GoogleNon-existent property management. Not solving issues for tenants. No hot water, no heating, washing machine broken - but they don’t care and ignore emails, and calls are only picked up by the lettings team who say they can’t do anything.

Stanislav, since you reported the maintenance issue on 14 Jan 2021, our management team has liaised with the contractor and attended your property twice. You were updated with progress every other day, we also spoke with you today informing a 3rd visit from our contractor to be scheduled for later today or tomorrow. We appreciate the inconvenience these maintenance issues may have caused, and have been chasing the contractor on a daily basis to attend to your enquiry.

GoogleI have been a customer for 5 months. Throughout the time I have received a very professional support such as moving in check-list, house maintenance suggestion, contract management and deposit management. For service improvement suggestion, I would recommend the company to explain to the tenant at the first day whether they have to register utilities by themselves or not, because I got this unclear situation in the first day plus I was not sure how to do it at that time. However, I have not get into any other inconvenience issue, so I will recommend this to others if I have a chance. YOU HAVE DONE A GOOD Work! Cheers!

GoogleStrongly recommend Celestial Globe North Branch! the staff are very professional and friendly. especially the branch manager named Summer. I was struggling to rent a flat near my work located, she did not only helped me to find the perfect flat but also helped me to negotiate my preferred offer with the landlord. I was so lucky to have her advice and support, the best letting agent ever!
