GoogleThroughout what has proved to be a very complicated and protracted sale of our property, Cavendish have proved themselves to be an excellent choice as our chosen selling agency. They have kept us informed at all times when dealing with both our solicitor and our buyers solicitor and rectified situations that could have led to us pulling out of the sale. I would recommend Cavendish to anyone looking for an agent to sell their property with. The staff are friendly helpful and extremely professional since having our property valued through to the completion of our sale, and even our purchaser has sung their praises for keeping them informed also . Thankyou.

GoogleWould recommend Cavendish, I have found them to be really helpful dealing with any problems quickly and efficiently. They have always found new tenants by advertising and interviewing as quickly as possible and regularly visiting to make sure everything is in good order. Nothing is too much trouble!

GoogleVery pleasant dealings with Cavendish-particularly with Shauna in Mold Office -who was extremely helpful and efficient to me-helping me to secure the property I was interested in. Unfortunately, there was a mix up with some electrical goods when I moved into the property- which was frustrating-apart from that, I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again and recommend them highly.

GoogleFrom the start Lesley'd professionalism was apparent - she gave excellent advice and a valuation that attracted an appropriate audience in a bust Hoole market. I sold on the first day of marketing following a flurry of offers! Lynn then ensured the sale process ran smoothly and kept me updated regularly. I would absolutely recommend.

GoogleI recently rented a property from Cavendish Rentals. Throughout the entire process I found them to be very professional, flexible, and courteous. The process of renting a property was new to me and they were very helpful in explaining what was required. Everything they said they would do they did - and quickly too. They always responded to my calls and emails timely. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleCurrently renting my second property from Cavendish rentals. Both experiences have been very positive. The turnaround on decisions, paperwork etc. very quick and painless. Staff always friendly and ready to help. I have rented numerous properties in the Chester area and UK and Cavendish are by far the best.

GoogleI have recieved excellent service from both Shauna and Nichola at Mold Office. I know my property is in good hands and we have built a very good relationship, which benefits us both. Any issues or problems are dealt with quickly and effectively. If and when the property is up for let, I am kept updated regularly of any prospective viewers and their feedback. I would not trust the letting of my property to any other agent.
