Fantastic service

Fantastic service- I could not put in towards how fantastic these guys are. After having my house on the market with several agents I got used to poor service no feedback and very few viewings. Dale knocked on my door and very politely offered his services I felt apprehensive about using another agent but immediately I realised why these guys are the top selling agent in the area within 3 days they had arranged 9 viewings for an open house event on that weekend we sold for in excess of what we were on the market for. Lloyd Helped us sell our house and has given us a very professional and knowledgeable service throughout. Amazing service

We've just completed with Charles Carr and can honestly say that I would use them again in a heartbeat. Shane sold us the house and kept is informed all the way through and got us over the asking price through his excellent negotiations! What I love about Charles Carr is that they realise people who have the skill set to sell should be able to do just that and not be tied up with the admin at the back end. Therefore they allocated a post sales person to manage and chase up any queries to get you through the sale. Louise was amazing in following up and keeping us informed. It wasn't an easy process as there were issues in the chain. However, she chased and without her we probably wouldn't have ended up in this position. Well done to Charles Carr and louise and Shane in particular.

Definitely made the right choice

Definitely made the right choice when I decided to go with Charles Carr (recently Carter Edwards) to sell my mother's property. When Lloyd Westall came to value the property it was clear that he had really good local knowledge and I felt confident that he had advised a good, but also a realistic price that could be achieved. Once I had accepted an offer it was literally only a week before the offer had been 'financially qualified' (I even know some jargon now!) and received the paperwork from the conveyancing solicitor to sign. Everything is progressing well and hopefully completion date is not far off. I have found Lloyd to be not only thoroughly professional, but also kind and really helpful in giving advice without being at all 'pushy'. Lloyd has always got back to me really quickly when I have contacted him which I have greatly appreciated. He also has a good sense of humour which helps...

We tried other Agents who didnt come close to the service we recieved from Carter Edwards. From start to finish they delivered exactly whatbthey promised. Within 24hours they had 8 viewings booked. In particular, Emma, was vey supportive and always updating us with feed back from viewings. Despite set backs with buyers pulling out last minute, Emma went above and beyond to ensure viewings were booked in within 24 hours and new buyers were found within 48 hours. OUTSTANDING SERVICE

AN OUTSTANDING SERVICE...It was clear from the outset how good Dale was at his job. It was obvious at the initial valuation how much homework the man had done before entering my property. He arrived armed with a large quantity of evidence in the form of similar properties sold and those currently on the market, to prove how his advice and opinion was justified. Furthermore, he also showed how he had his finger on the pulse as regards political changes to the housing market announced that morning and how it would affect my sale. Simply: Dale knew his stuff!! Although he was the agent who gave me the highest valuation and I was warned by people that estate agents, when they give you high valuations, are being unrealistic and are just acquiring your business and will then drop the price after a couple of weeks!, I followed the 'Which' magazine advice and chose the agent I felt most confident would achieve the most. Although my house was on the market at a funny time i.e. Christmas, it was successfully sold just after, for the full asking price, after a good number of viewings. If I had chosen from the other agents, it would have been undersold, in one case, by £15,000!!! This made a massive difference to my life, enabling me to retire to the English Riviera...suddenly that location came within my reach...thanks to Dale. Using Carter Edwards has been one of the best decisions in my life!! I KID YOU NOT!!! Everything about the service I have been provided with has been thorough, professional, honest, reliable, efficient, effective, enthusiastic and highly communicative...immediate replies via call, text, email or a tap at the door. All Dale's advice has been 'spot on'. Why is he so good? HE ABSOLUTELY LOVES WHAT HE DOES!! It comes down to being as simple as that...good, honest, knowledgeable enthusiasm!
