Hello everyone I would like to inform you that cala homes houses are not good build by Churchill contractor Uk ltd.Alex and joe Forman which are working there with Churchill are doing rubbish work.If we look inside DPC is not look proper way and all have been tear during cleaning time because I and my team is working there.all will leak in future during rainy season.so guys be careful before buy the house.Thanks

The best way to summarise Cala is that the minute they have sold you a house they couldn’t care less about you regardless of what problems you have. We have had problems with a window and cracks on the side of our house and Cala do anything they can to not fix it. It’s been 2 years and they have delayed and outright ignored us. The house is nice but for how much you spend on a new build this is not the service you expect. Customer service is beyond shocking. You get better treatment when you buy a toaster over buying a cala house. Just ridiculous customer service. Regret things now.

I own a 3-year old Cala property in the North of Scotland. I can honestly say that the standard of their customer service is appallingly bad. They show minimal levels of interest, willingness to show their duty of care and desire to provide a quality service. In summary they do not care about their customers! All they're interested in is maximising their profits by sacrificing the quality of their customer service.I could list loads of detailed examples of this inadequate service, however I don't think this texting box is big enough to accommodate them all.I am already looking forward to the paper thin / wishy-washy response I receive to this exceptionally negative review. Will they reach out to me and offer to help, absolutely not don't be stupid. They do not care!! Avoid!

After 2 1/2 years, numerous emails, phone calls, trades people, visits from customer services, we still have a long list of issues to be resolved, and Chiltern Customer Services and the Head of Customer Services and their team couldn’t care less. Even thought we’ve been through the formal complaints procedure once, we’re still in the same situation. Lots of glowing reviews about the sales process, which I can’t necessarily disagree with. But once they’ve got you, you’re not their problem. GET YOUR NEW HOUSE PROFESSIONALLY SNAGGED AS SOON AS YOU CAN. You’ll be amazed at the number of walls out of plumb tolerance, including structural ones, stairs that aren’t fitted straight, massive door gaps, poorly fitted bathrooms, dangerous fences, draughty doors and windows, insulation problems. Need I continue.

The flat buy went smoothly and the sales team were great!However, the management of the teething issues and problems with the flat and flat block once I moved in has been completely unacceptable.My issues have either been ignored and or no action has been taken. These issues include: the main door to the flat block not closing (massive security risk reported over 2 months ago), being locked out of our bin shed (no access to take out our rubbish or recycling for 5 full days), and a pipe leak which has not been fixed or had the "Making good" changes carried out in over 3 months....I am frustrated, disappointed and feel completely ignored by the Cala Customer Services team and have no faith that any of the issues will be addressed.

They only get one star, because you have to leave at least one.Terrible experience. A year down the road, still trying to get them to fix problems that should have been fixed before we moved in.They will lie to your face about everything just to ensure you close and they can get your money. Then promptly push you to the back of the queue. Our house had a professional stagger come in and we had over 300 issues requiring attention.They are living off a reputation they may have earned years ago, but now are just awful

If I could give 0 score I will!I moved into their Nobel Park Scheme in Didcot in December, on that very night, the electricity fuse kept tripping so I have to stay up the night without any heating. It is from that night I began a miserable 3-month journey of waiting and being fooled.After 5 or 6 phone calls they sent an electrician who has opened all my ceiling lights and switches, he fixed the heating but as a sacrifice, The lights in my master bedroom, the lights in garden and my door bell does not work anymore, he told me it is the best he could do and it is obvious thing nobody checked the house fuse before we moved in!After another series of endless calls and waiting, they sent another electrician and he opened all the switches again and did literally nothing, he said he could not solve the problem either and he would come back the same afternoon coz he need to consult his supervisor, and then, there was no afterwards...From the point of problem discovered until now, I have spent Christmas, New Year without light in bedroom and garden, door bell never rang so I missed countless parcels and I m looking to live without light for god-knows how long. I am tired of waiting and being fooled. Looking for independent dispute institution now, I will never tolerate this kind of ignorance even though I need to go to court someday.

Last summer the kitchen sink in our 6 year old ground floor apartment was not draining well. It subsequently blocked entirely. It was worked on by drainage specialists for 2 days. The problem, they said was the configuration of the pipes. The bill was £460.I have contacted Cala Homes twice by email, have been promised a response within a few days, but have never heard from them.Subsequently I noticed a drainage firm's van outside. They were attending my next door neighbour. When I asked what her problem was I was told " BAD PLUMBING ". Another blocked kitchen sink. Needless to say I am most disappointed.

Great experience, purchasing a new home, the attention to detail and customer service we have received from the whole Cala team from Joy in Sales, Rosie, Victoria in P/X team to Allan the site manager has all been first class, we were a bit apprehensive doing P/X to start with however with in a few minutes that disappeared and the smile, kindness, courteous nature of the team all shines through.
