We had an amazing experience with BJB. We were at a crossroads with our property plan and needed the advise of an expert. That's where Jess came in. We presented our property plans to Jess and she really understood our needs. She offered some really insightful advice and helped us to streamline our ideas. Me and my husband requested a valuation on our house and Victoria Roscoe came out to us the next day. She was so friendly and lovely whilst also very professional and extremely knowledgeable! Friendly service from the staff. I have had some issues with previous employees not completing their role. However, when Ben took offer managing the property I am renting, he has been quick and efficient to deal with any issues. He has informed me of times he will be coming out, and has been accommodating of the fact that certain times work best for me in the day due to my work hours. He also makes sure his job is completed quickly and efficiently and is extremely approachable.
