GoogleI am a first time buyer with no experience of the process of buying a house. BJB were fantastic and made it totally clear exactly what was going on, where we were at and what I had to do. GoogleWe had an amazing experience with BJB. We were at a crossroads with our property plan and needed the advise of an expert. That's where Jess came in. We presented our property plans to Jess and she really understood our needs. She offered some really insightful advice and helped us to streamline our ideas. Jess had the experience and business acumen we were looking for, but was also super friendly and polite. She stayed longer than planned to answer all our questions and made us feel listened to. And above all else she truly was an expert in Crewe's property market. We finally feel we've found an estate agent that we can trust.

We have decided to hang fire on selling our property at present purely due to personal circumstances however when the time comes to sell we will without a doubt be using BJB in Crewe as the services they offer and the marketing tools they use are second to none and you just get a good feeling about the company.
