Brinkley’s said that they had years of experience in selling our flat and this was clearly proven by finding the right buyer for us, in difficult and changing times. During the pre exchange process they offered advice to us, whilst always providing excellent communication. They showed all the potential buyers around our flat and followed the agreed script of key selling points, which is so important in challenging times of selling property. They helped us align our Zoopla advert, so it stood out from the other flats also being marketed by other estate agents. Would very much recommend them….

Whilst many agents’ level of service drops after agreeing a sale, this was not the case with Brinkleys, from our initial viewing to completion Graeme and James were conscientious and proactive in helping us and solicitors on both sides getting swift responses to enquiries, ensuring the sale completed faster than it otherwise would have.

We recently used Brinkley' when moving to a new rental property in Wimbledon. The service from the outset from fantastic and more so, post our move in to the property. After moving in, we were promptly contacted by Dhruvika Patel​ (Property Manager) who advised that should we have any issues, we could reach out and she would ensure that any concerns or issues were resolved. I highlighted several problems with the property and from that point onwards, Dhruvika was true to her word and made sure everything I highlighted was sorted.Dhruvika's highly professional and friendly approach gives us comfort and peace of mind that we will be well looked after during the course of our tenancy. She definitely matches the phrase of "going above and beyond to provide an exceptional service".

From the day I met this agent she has try to make sure I'm happy. All my concerns were addressed and she would follow up with answers for any questions she was not able to deal with at that appointed moment. When we were trying to find somewhere to live for our university year, it felt like we kept hitting dead ends. Brinkley’s helped us immensely in securing a good place and even when one property didn’t work out for us, one of the agents Suzy Browne in particular went above and beyond in helping us resolve it and find somewhere new straight away. She worked immensely hard to help us and it was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleHi Very bad customer service, lack of respect! Stay away from putney office! They booked an appointment and no one shows up at the property. When you ask for help they hang up to your face! No one takes care of you!!!

GoogleRented a flat through Brinkley's Putney ("Putney Letting Agents") a few years ago (2019-2020) it was one of the most regrettable decisions of my life. They were terrible at sorting anything out with the flat (including failing to arrange proper fumigation that covered the whole flat when there was a bed bug infestation present for at least MONTHS before we moved in according to the pest control service, also tried to say that we caused the infestation and make us pay for the fumigation), and trying to deduct ridiculous charges from our deposit (went from £735 proposed deductions to around £100 after arguing through the Deposit Protection Scheme). They also left us for weeks without a functioning washing machine, which coincided with the bed bugs, so we couldn't even wash our clothes in our own flat. They went from seemingly very helpful and accommodating, to entirely unpleasant and unhelpful as soon as we paid our holding deposit. Awful, rude attitude towards customers, and downright predatory. Though there are countless terrible letting agents in London, these guys take the cake. Would avoid at all costs. Given that they've been around for a few years, I wonder why they do not have an older page on Google, maybe they keep removing it because of honest reviews!

Purchased a flat that was listed by Brinkley’s, and liaised with James H regarding this from the get go. He was very quick to let me view the flat, communicated my queries to the seller in a timely manner, and helped reach an offer than satisfied both parties.During the 3-4 months of documentation, legal, and final purchase completion he remained involved, ensuring no delays in property access for surveys and the like, and making sure keys were ready to be collected on the final completion date.
