I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Bridges in Farnham. From my first enquiry as a potential buyer, new to the area, Petra was exceptional. She was the only estate agent I have ever known to take the trouble to look at the house I was selling to discuss with me what might suit me, instead of the usual “grapeshot” approach of automatically booking me in for viewings. She was proactive throughout and a great communicator, and went out of her way to help the Sellers find their onward purchase, whether through Bridges or other agents. Alfie was instrumental in negotiating my purchase, and (after a very prolonged and painful process) ensuring that we finally got exchange of contracts over the line. And Hayley, the Progress Chaser, was amazing, tenacious and persistent with incredibly slow solicitors on the other side, keeping me fully informed throughout; she is an absolute star. The whole team in Farnham were brilliant, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them as the first port of call for sales and purchases in the area.

We used Bridges to sell our house. As part of their service they employ sales progressors. We were allocated Mel. We can not praise her highly enough. As soon as we contacted her with any concerns she actioned our call immediately rang around the chain and got us an update. It was solely due to her that our very large chain progressed to exchange and shortly completion. In addition if she promised to call you back she always did. I would highly recommend bridges and most importantly Mel to anyone thinking of selling their house

This review is specifically about Bridges themselves as, unfortunately, my home took a lot longer than expected to sell due to chain-related issues. The people at Bridges have been incredibly helpful through what has been a bit of a rocky process with chains to get our house finally sold. Ali and the rest of the team were incredibly proactive when remarking needed to happen and worked their best to see the property through to closure.
