GoogleGed was fantastic. Great feel of a friendly local estate agent, not pushy, very cooperative and worked with our choices. He was flexible with our needs, worked with us for timelines, advice, and viewings. House went on the market in January and completed our move in May, plenty of updates along the way, can't ask better than that.

GoogleI was dealing with Luke Hammond, a great estate agent! He went above an beyond! We have been looking for a place to live for a while and we're working with about 10 different estate agents to find something. I really felt luke had us in mind and gave us phone calls when new properties were available, really took some of the stress off knowing he was in our corner. None of the other agents even contacted us again we had to keep applying every time. Luke had a very sincere demeanor and was a pleasure to deal with. None of that fake smile lip service you get from other agents. Have felt really seen by Luke and would highly recommend him/bridges to anyone.

GoogleI can’t recommend Dale and his team enough. Not only were they able to sell my property promptly but they also advised me on my next move even when the property I eventually purchased wasn’t in their portfolio. When viewing properties in the area I can also say that the agents from Bridges always gave the best information and were selling without going over the top and made what could be a stressful experience an enjoyable one. Both selling and viewing experiences have been exceptional 👍

We used Bridges for a house sale - good points: Excellent photography and marketing material; fair commission rate; and one point of contact (Rob) throughout the process - no being shunted between staff once we'd signed up which was really refreshing and helped to a very successful, positive and professional outcome. GoogleWe are in the process of buying our forever home. We have been working with Sarah Jayne in terms of finding the one! Sarah Jayne spent some time getting to know me and what I was looking for and then took me round a few properties. She went out her way to accommodate myself and fiancés schedules. During all the viewings she was so personable and incredibly honest about everything- from what offers her clients are looking for to all the extra fees you don’t think of like factor fees etc- we even discussed decorating so I could visualise myself in the homes! By the end of our time together I really felt I was visiting houses with my friend not an estate agent. You can tell Sarah Jayne really puts her clients interests at the heart of her role however as a buyer it was so refreshing to work with someone who also had my interests at heart and wasn’t solely interested in getting as much money from me as possible. Sarah Jayne is very honest, punctual, relatable and kind- a true asset to the company and a breath of fresh air during the most stressful process.

GoogleBridges Properties were recommended by a friend to us and they didn't disappoint. Louis was brilliant and very professional from the first meeting to final completion. A first class agent - taking care and paying attention to every part of our Sale. He arranged all marketing which turned out amazing and was very successful in obtaining many viewers and ultimately a Sale within two weeks. We would Highly recommend Louis and the Bridges team for anyone looking for a quick sale. Well Done!

My tenancy with Bridges letting agents of Farnborough is finally coming to and end and I couldn’t be happier. Problem after problem since the day we moved in. Grossly unprofessional and never willing to hold their hands up when in the wrong, they would rather try and accuse their tenants of lying.One of the agents had arranged a viewing today from 1.00 - 2.00, my wife and I with our daughter made sure we left ample time for the viewings to finish so we pulled up to the house at 2.20 and the agent was still present with the people viewing the property so we couldn’t pull up our drive which meant we had to go and waste another 15 minutes. When we returned, one of the doors was unlocked. I sent an email about the issue and the cowardly individual dealing with the case decided to call my wife rather than reply in a formal email. The representative tried to argue about the viewing going over until my wife offered to show our CCTV for proof, the representative then tried to argue that the agent wouldn’t have left the door unlocked - it was unlocked!If I could leave a minus star review I would but unfortunately I have to leave an incredibly flattering 1 star.
