GoogleRob Stochetti from Bridges recently dealt with the sale of my flat in Fleet. Throughout the process Rob was extremely helpful in liaising with my buyers and their solicitors. Rob was always available to speak to me and very prompt when replying to emails. Rob made quite a lengthy process less stressful, as kept me informed of how the sale was progressing. I would definitely recommend both Rob and Bridges to anyone considering selling their property.

GoogleExcellent service all round from start to finish. Great team of people who are always happy to help. From initial contact with Olly Manning who was very friendly and professional to the valiant Rob Stocchetti who is so proactive, helpful and extremely good at liaising with both parties in the sale and purchase process. He is very quick to reply to emails and get information, has endlessly followed up with solicitors to get us over "the finish line". From my experience (and my daughter's in the past), I would definitely recommend them for sale and purchase!

GoogleI cannot express how fantastic Bridges have been in co-ordinating the sale of my flat. Their service has been nothing short of exceptional since the moment I booked in an initial query. They have perfected all the small details, including confirming to me exactly who would be arriving at my property to discuss the listing, which may seem a minor practice but it set a respectful and considerate tone. I would like to call out Rob Stocchetti who is an absolute credit to the company. He has been communicative and incredibly proactive throughout this process. Not only did Bridges manage to sell my flat within 9 days of it being listed, but I had their full support whilst dealing with the conveyancing process. Rob went above and beyond what could be expected of his responsibilities and somehow always made feel like a priority. Additionally, I would like to mention Olly Manning who also looked after the transaction and who similarly displayed excellent service. I never felt like anything was too much for Bridges and they made the whole transaction feel personal whilst also professional. I can sincerely say that Bridges will be my first choice when I come to sell my new property. Thank you all for your efforts and the time you spent in ensuring this transaction was a success - you are very much appreciated!
