GoogleI would highly recommend Rahim and Simon here at the Frimley Estate Agency. I have bought a house with them and with the process taking much longer than it needed to Rahim stepped up and chased everyone end to end and has found time to walk me through everything. I cannot recommend them enough. I have managed to buy the house thanks to them and their dedication to help clients complete on time.

From the get go the customer service was unreal, they kept us in the loop 24/7. everyone at bridges is so friendly and professional , Kai done the viewings for our property , he got our house sold within 5 days which is incredible! He was so friendly, chatty and made you feel like you had known him forever! Him and the team make everything so stress free, Will not hesitate to use Bridges again. Can’t thank them enough for all there help! Recommend 100%

GoogleI want to say a huge heartfelt thank you to the team at Bridges for all of their help and ongoing support, with special mention to James MacPhee, Amy Furey, Nick Holmes and Hannah Kirby. A few months ago I put my property on the market for sale after a meeting with James MacPhee and they offered me a great service and price, they had found me a buyer within a matter of weeks. Between James and Amy they were super helpful in pushing the sale process along and even helped with managing the conveyancers on both sides, unfortunately on the week I was due to exchange the buyer pulled out (This was at no fault from anyone but the buyer themselves). Due to my personal circumstances and it generally being a stressful process this was devastating news as I needed to leave as soon as possible. That same day I phoned up James who completely sorted everything out for me (as well as listening to me having a rant for about half an hour!), he suggested I let out the property as an interim measure while he found another buyer and put me straight on the with Nick Holmes who is their Lettings Manager. Nick came round the following day and was great at walking me through everything I needed to do and offered me a great rate for their management of the letting, he had even already found me potential tenants, that very same day I had two viewings who both wanted to be tenants. The team at bridges (with a big shout out to Hannah) then helped me organise everything to get my flat into a rentable condition (i.e. EICR test, smoke alarms, Consent to Let etc.) and their speed at getting this organised was incredible. In the space of a day everything was done and they even managed to get a great result on the amount the tenant will pay which was way above the asking price. So to summarise in the space of 2 days, I went from losing a sale to now having a tenant signed up for 12 months all thanks to their amazing work. I would highly recommend working with the team at Bridges, they’re a lovely bunch of people who will support you all the way! Thank you again and looking forward to our continued work together.

Selling from a distance on behalf of an elderly relative is not easy, Rob was really understanding, knowledgeable and helpful at all times and I highly recommend Bridges and Rob.

GoogleBridges in Fleet sold my Mums house and couldnt be more impressed with my experience from Dale who was very honest and spot on with his valuation and Olly Manning who was tenacious and efficient in arranging the viewings,negotiating the sale and following through to a succesfull exchange of contracts all achieved in just 4 months. I would recommend Bridges in Fleet to anyone looking to sell their house and cant speak highly enough of everyone I dealt with, In simple terms they get the job done and do what they say they will do which can be rare nowadays. GoogleMoving is arguably at the top of the most stressful things in life… However Rob and dale have steered this ship to absolute success. A few high winds and waves of adversity.. however just over three months from offer acceptance to exchange, that is smooth sailing if you ask me! This bridges crowd are not a ship. GoogleMy house had, at different times, been on sale with four different agents in Fleet. One of them was frankly poor, two were pretty good; but the bottom line was that it was only Bridges who, in a very difficult market, ever brought me any viewers (and who eventually sold the property for me). Always helpful and friendly, they regularly kept me up to date with any progress, or lack of it. Had I another house to sell in the area, I wouldn't bother putting it with any other agent this time.

Rob in particular has gone above and beyond, keeping us updated even when it may have not been news we wanted to hear, to ensure we were fully aware of everything that was going on. When Rob was on leave for a couple of weeks Olly was equally as brilliant and responsive to all our questions. They have been constant in putting pressure on the buyers solicitors to move things forward when they were delaying it & we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Due to some of the difficulties we may not have always been the easiest clients, slightly stressed & with incessant questions, but they’ve never made us feel anything other than valued. I’m not sure we’re keen to move again anytime soon, but if we did we wouldn’t go anywhere else! They have made a stressful process as smooth as they possibly could & we’re so glad to have had them on our side. Thank you so much to all the Bridges team at Fleet, but especially Rob & Olly.
