GoogleBrilliant service from Rob, Luke and the team dealing with the purchase of a property for my elderly aunt. Rob was always quick to respond to emails and calls and made sure that I was kept informed throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Bridges and if I ever sell my own house I would not hesitate to use them.

The WhatsApp groupchat with constant updates was so useful, the teams communication and willingness to help was amazing, we never had to chase anything up. Couldn’t recommend Bridges more

GoogleOutstanding service from start to finish. Morven was exceptional throughout the entire process. When our first buyers were making no progress on their sale (they should’ve used Bridges too) we asked for our house to be re-marketed and Morven and the team stepped up again and found our buyer within a week. Their dedication, clear communication and constant availability made a potentially stressful experience so much easier to handle. I would recommend Bridges to anyone, they really do go above and beyond to achieve your sale and make the process as smooth and stress free as possible. Thank You Bridges

GoogleBridges have been amazing from valuing my home to finding a buyer before it was even on the market. Communication is spot on, Niall, Leanne and Lorna have stayed in touch via WhatsApp constantly. Previously when viewing a house we weren't successful with, they were amazing at keeping us in the loop. I'd 100% recommend to anyone and would use again in the future.

GoogleNiall at Bridges Properties has really looked after us after a couple of hiccups in a previous purchase (not by Bridges Properties). We managed to secure a swift viewing on a property, Niall was open and honest, really professional and kept us in the loop. We got our offer accepted, Niall let us know really quickly so it wasn't too long a nervous wait. Highly recommend from a buyers perspective (sellers perspective review incoming in the future)!

I cannot express how fantastic it was dealing with her and knowing that she was talking to the right people to get the job done. She went over and above and I would use Bridges again, predominantly to have her as my sales progressor!

He was amazing throughout the entire process from start to finish. What really stood out for me was his personal, friendly yet professional approach. He kept me informed every step of the way, promptly answering all my questions and was always happy to help! The same goes for Hayley Levy, who helped us finalise the process in a very friendly and professional manner. She did everything she possibly could to speed up the process. GoogleFollowing a let down by another company, I moved over to Bridges because they came highly recommended. Without a doubt I had no problems with any of the processes that Bridges have provided me with, the help and advice you get from all the staff has been fantastic, not just your average estate agents, the staff here go out of there way to help you and also go above and beyond! A huge thank you to Morven and the team for all your support in the listing and sale of my property, certainly recommend you to anyone else thinking of selling and are looking for a dedicated estate agents.
