GoogleIt was such a pleasure using Bridges properties for selling our house 🏠 whole team was amazing and no hassle at all. Big shout out to Niall who had lead all the viewings and negotiations with Potential buyers as well as giving updates mid week and towards end of the week about how viewings are going and the feedbacks from viewer's point of view. In the end Niall negotiated appealing offer with buyer within 4 weeks of house went onto market. I must recommend using Bridges properties for you buying or selling properties, great and pro active team. Well done guys ❤️

Jonathan Stanton went above and beyond to help our family with the sale of the house, it wasn't easy as we're all in different countries. He was assisting us even after the sale was complete, the customer service is amazing. Shoutout to Hayley too who was quick to assist and respond.

Horrendous experience. Do not sign a 20 week contact! Within a couple of weeks, they had lied to me on several occasions and had provided a terrible service. They apologised for the unacceptable level of dishonestly but still refused to release me from the contract that they were in breach of. They knew that their official complaints procedure was longer than my remaining contract (after stalling for several weeks), so they had me trapped with no way out. This was knowing that I was in a rush to move in time for school applications, and missing them would seriously affect our family.

FacebookWe truly couldn’t recommend Niall at Bridges more. We had met Niall at viewings previously and were over the moon to hear he was to be our allocated agent. Nialls dedication to selling our property was exceptional and we knew he put 110% into every single day. Niall was communicative, kind and went above and beyond to put our minds at ease, especially with our cats at home while viewings were in - something we were particularly anxious about. Although the stress of selling is over - we’ll miss having you around! Thank you for everything Niall! We wouldn’t go anywhere else for all things property and would recommend the Bridges Team to anyone.

GoogleCould not recommend Bridges more highly enough. Having failed to sell our property with another agent, we managed to sell our property with Bridges within 6 days. From the start to finish the process was great. And the communication is the best I’ve seen, you have the whole team looking out for you and not just one person. Charlotte was our dedicated advisor and she was great, answering all our queries and ensuring everything was sorted. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again.

GoogleMorven is fantastic. She honestly put her all into selling our home. I believe the profession found her not the other way round. She is amazing, determined, knowledgeable, a complete natural who held my hand, (part time therapist at times, sorry Morven 😂) kept me updated every single step of the way throughout the whole process. My photographer, videographer captured my house in true form, amazing quality images and footage from all angles so no hidden illusions when you came to see the house. Along with the drone footage, constant social media updates, they do not give up. With all of that in mind they said I broke a record with my house type in my area which in the current climate is unreal. Leanne, Lorna, Mellisa, Ellie thankyou too. Bridges has a winning formula. This company will go far. Don’t hesitate, see for yourself. X

Can only speak highly of our experience with Bridges estate agents. We were looked after by Jasmine Robinson from the Camberley office. We found her to be welcoming, proactive, determined and knowledgeable with each property we viewed and the surrounding area. When we wanted to view a property with Bridges she would do all she could to accommodate our timings and enable us to view the property that day or as quickly as possible.
