Whenever I went into the Greenford office, the Team were always very friendly and helpful. James Le Grove was my agent, such a lovely person. He was always happy to help with any queries or concerns that I had. A great Team with a positive attitude!

I had a pleasingly positive experience with Emma and the team ( James and Abdul) during the sale of my property. Their knowledge of the properly market in Greenford is sound. As a new mum, they were very understanding of my time and capacity constraints and as such went the extra mile to ensure the property was marketed well and to assist me as the seller. They found a credible buyer and negotiated an agreeable deal within 3 weeks of it being on the market. Throughout the conveyancing process Emma was very responsive often chasing matters and following up in a timely manner.

Never had issues with this company untill recently. Reported a lack of water pressure a month ago and still no resolution. Our pressure is now so low I cannot shower in my own property let alone do any laundry. I have sent several emails and called and have been ignored. The customer service is abysmal. To ignore a tenant to this level with a lack of basic sanitation and hygiene is an absolute disgrace.

Professional speedy and efficient from beginning to end. Absolutely a 5 star service. Many thanks

Excellent service. Expert, genuine, friendly, professional, vast knowledge of market generally and local area specifically. Sold house quickly and for a great price. Extremely well organised, I never had to chase. Really know what they're doing. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Highly recommended.

Avoid at all costs
If you want a professional estate agents avoid Brian Cox. I've rated one star as there is no option not to provide one but this is too high of a score. The initial quotation went well and I was extremely enthusiastic about the selling process. Sadly this has not been my experience, continually having to call for updates and being confronted by excuses and deflection. Communication in any profession goes along way and with an estate agent/vendor relationship this is key to ensure a successful sale. After being listed with the agent and disappointed with the lack of professionalism shown I requested a call from the director to see what resolutions could be established. Due to the lack of accountability and deflection observed during this communication when asked what I want I requested a delisting. I shouldn't be shocked but the response was "it's done". The director himself did not even try to negotiate or provide a resolution to keep my custom he instead deleted my contract and listing on the portals. If this is the behaviour shown by the lead of the organisation then I am not surprised why the lack of professionalism is evident. If you are looking for an estate agent that is proactive and effective at communicating Brian Cox is not that!

I am providing a review as a buyer which may provide useful insights to buyers, and also to sellersβ to know what is affecting timelines on the other side of their sale. Unfortunately I have had a very stressful, time-consuming and overall negative experience of working with Brian Cox. Whilst all staff I engaged with were friendly, I found the actual service provided to be lacking in numerous areas. The exceptions were when I briefly got to work with Paul Budd and Rachel Jones who were both good. 1. Communication: As a buyer, there were some weeks where I was unable to get in contact with the team member that I needed to. This was because people were on annual leave or on their non working days (which is of course fair!) however other staff members were unaware that they were, and would still say that they would get them to phone me back that day. This of course caused issues. It would sometimes take speaking to multiple people to identify that the person was indeed off and could not action my request. Brian Cox would benefit from having a centralised calendar so that they are aware of who is working on what days and so they are able to inform buyers and sellers when trying to get in touch with their agent. Additionally, although I was informed that Brian Cox do use a task management system to log actions needed against different properties, it did not seem like this was utilised by all members of staff. This was problematic when an action was due to be completed by a staff member who was off and because they had not handed over the work/ an action was not logged on the system, a number of staff I worked with did not feel comfortable completing at action in the absence of this. Alongside this, only some members of staff have access to their internal portal and can carry out actions such as removing a property for sale from property websites. Therefore if one of the few people were on annual leave sellersβ properties (in my experience) was left on the website for longer than agreed between the buyer and seller. Another issue was a severe lack of responses to phone calls as agents are out doing viewings all day. This would not have been so much of an issue if emails were replied to. However I was informed by my agents that because they are so busy they donβt usually get to reply to these. It took me two months to get a reply to an email thread (which was from Paul Budd). My advice would be to not expect messages over email have been received and acted on and instead keep trying on the phone. Together, Brian Coxβ communication issues had negative consequences for me as a buyer, and as a result I came close to having to pull out of the purchase. 2. Completing actions: I found it quite misleading at times when members of staff would say they had done everything they could to resolve an issue and it could not be resolved for x reason. However, when Paul was available he was able to resolve the issue quite speedily. This raised concerns for me about the capability of the other agents. 3. Other contributing factors towards delays: I sense that the teamβ s workload is greater than they can manage as on numerous occasions staff members informed me of how busy they were and that was why emails were left un responded to and actions were forgotten about. Overall, unfortunately the agents (aside from Paul and Rachel) lacked the skills and resources to provide a satisfactory service. As a buyer, be prepared to consistently chase and do a lot of handholding with the agents to progress the purchase and ensure Brian Cox are not causing preventable delays.

Azi and Abdi provided excellent serviceβ¦
Azi and Abdi provided excellent service throughout the sale of my house. As a first-time seller, I especially appreciated the clear and comprehensive information they gave me from the start. They were efficient too: the brochure was ready the day after the photos were taken, and my house was on the market promptly. Viewings began the following week, and Azi and Abdi kept me updated every step of the way. They were always approachable and happy to answer any questions I had. The sale itself was smooth and uncomplicated. I highly recommend Brian Cox North Harrow and particularly the work of Azi and Abdi.

Jeff at Brian Cox provided me with sound, practical guidance and advice with the sale of my property. Discussing the timing of when to put it on the market and a realistic sales guide price backed up by stats helped me make the right decision. Jeff and his team provided support and good communication throughout the process. Thanks Jeff!

Horrible
I do not see any option to provide a rating less than 1. Horrible letting agents I have ever worked with. Letting agent tries not to provide any solution, drag to the extent possible and not commit on anything. Sincerely request all to think multiple times before reaching out to them for any business.

Without doubt the most proactive Estate Agents in the area. We have brought two properties and sold one over the last 10 years, whilst living in the area. Highly recommend using Brian Cox as they are the most responsive and attentive when buying and selling property. Well done to Jeff and his team ! keep up the good work !

**Avoid Brian Cox at all costs.** Our experience with them was truly disappointing. Despite informing them that we had recently suffered property loss and were dealing with a life-threatening surgery, one of their staff members called us and rudely insisted that we needed to move out immediately. This was followed by a series of impersonal, back-and-forth emails demanding that we vacate the property as soon as possible, due to the end of our contract. There was no support from their side in helping us find a new place to live. Thankfully, we found a fantastic agency, Kearns, who made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I can confidently say, avoid Brian Cox at all costs.

Very poor communication with the agents If you want to maximise the period of buying or selling a house and waste your time then use this agency. The level of communication and process updating is very poor Compared to other agencies, it's the worst I've ever used. If you don't want to waste your time and extend the formalities better not to use them
