GoogleWe used Brian Cox when selling my mum’s house. She’d never had to move before and was anxious, but Jeff the manager was very supportive and helpful. There was no pressure, we were kept informed at all stages and ultimately the house sold at a good price within 3 months. All staff I spoke to were professional and quick to respond. GoogleThis letting agency has been nothing but a headache. We entrusted them with selling our property and expected them to handle matters professionally, but they failed miserably. They repeatedly delayed important tasks, gave us vague answers, and often didn’t bother responding to queries. Their lack of communication and effort made an already stressful process far worse. It’s clear they’re not interested in providing proper support or doing the job they’re paid for. Avoid at all costs if you want things done right!

GoogleWe have worked with Brian Cox for 17 years, initially for the management of a rental property and most recently with the sale of that same property. The team there has really been excellent in every regard on both the sales and rental sides of the business. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

GoogleAvoid Brian Cox at all costs. Our experience has been nothing short of appalling. From day one, the agency failed to deliver what was contractually promised, we paid full rent for a property we didn’t have full access to for weeks, and they refused any fair adjustment. Their handling of issues was consistently dismissive and unprofessional. They enforce the contract strictly when it benefits them, but completely ignore their own obligations when they fall short. Communications were slow, evasive, and clearly designed to protect the landlord and agency interests, not to resolve genuine tenant concerns. Once they have your money, you’re treated as a nuisance rather than a valued client. Accountability is non-existent. Dealing with them has been a constant source of stress and frustration. Tenants: be warned, if anything goes wrong, you will be left to fight alone with little to no support.

GoogleBrian Cox Estate Agents have just sold our uncles house in Harrow and we can’t recommend them highly enough! The property sale process was majorly affected by the buyers solicitor which resulted in significant and unnecessary delays on their part. However, throughout this time the service that we recieved from the team at Brian Cox, in particular Daniel Jed and Rachel Jones, was exceptional. They both went above and beyond to ensure that the sale from their perspective went as smoothly as possible, despite constant challenges that were beyond their control. They were consistently professional, focused, knowledgeable, efficient, supportive and their communication was excellent throughout. Thank you so much on behalf of our uncle and our family for everything, it’s much appreciated.
