GoogleWe were slightly late for the next viewing but unfortunately when we spoke to the agent he said he tried to call and did not wait for us my mother and me and was back in the office as to when we told him we would be there not a great experience with the agent Julian anyway we have found another property. Also started chatting with the owner and saying we're he is from and did not even wait outside the for us upon which other estate agents do overall not a good experience with my mother and me
Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you and your mother were disappointed with your experience, but I would like to clarify what happened. Julian met you at 4:30pm for the first viewing, with the next appointment scheduled for 5pm. You left the first property at the same time, and Julian waited at the next property for 20 minutes. During that time, he called you several times and sent a message but received no response. We understand that delays can happen. However, without a reply or a call to let him know you were running late, Julian had no way of knowing whether you were still attending. He therefore had to leave to honour his other appointments. I appreciate your frustration, but Julian did make reasonable efforts to contact you and accommodate the delay. We also need to be mindful of the other clients who have appointments booked with us. Thank you for letting us know you have found another property. We wish you and your mother all the best with your move.

From the valuation through to completion and everything in between, Jeff and the whole team were professional, proactive and easy to deal with. Communication was excellent throughout the process, with regular updates and quick responses whenever we had questions. Selling a house can be stressful at times, but they made everything feel smooth and well managed. They were knowledgeable about the local market, realistic with expectations, and worked hard to secure the right buyer for our home. We really appreciated their honest approach and support from start to finish. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. Highly professional Estate Agents! The best in the area. Great communication every step of the way and always on the other end of the phone to answer any questions. As first-time buyers, we honestly knew very little about the whole process, so having someone patient, knowledgeable, and supportive made such a difference. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, always making sure we knew what was happening and what the next steps were. What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything. Buying a property can feel overwhelming, especially as first-time buyers, but he took the time to answer every question and explain things in a way that was easy to understand. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. He also never rushed us during our viewing, which we really appreciated, and gave us the time and space we needed to make the right decision. Throughout the whole process, he was incredibly helpful in keeping things moving by regularly following up with the sellers and helping push everything along. GoogleWe had a very positive experience with Brian Cox. Communication was excellent throughout, always easy to get hold of and quick to follow up. Rachel was instrumental in keeping the transaction moving when progress slowed with the seller’s solicitor. Her proactive approach made a real difference. Daniel also stepped in seamlessly to cover while Rachel was on leave, which we really appreciated. Paul handled negotiations professionally and helped both sides reach a fair outcome. Overall, a reliable and proactive team. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleMONEY HUNGRY! Leanne/Kerry only care about commissions, find a better reputable agency. Communication is extremely poor, with an unresponsive and inattentive team, and the fact that the director isn’t even based in this country seems to result in a lack of accountability.

GoogleJames Le Grove of Brian Cox did an excellent job at handling the sale of my property. It wasn't the smoothest sale, as the first buyer unfortunately pulled out making the process longer and more stressful than expected. That said James was great throughout always communicative, reassuring and proactive in getting things back on track quickly. His persistence really paid off in the end. He provided excellence service and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others.
