GoogleMy brother brought a house via Brian cox last month and it was so smooth. I am in process of buying a BLT property via them, they are so quick, efficient, esp Manager Phil Groves is great agent. He reply to you fast, organise viewings and guide you well. I would recommend them.

GoogleJust had a viewing in northolt, for a new flat that just come on the market. I am very disappointed. It took me 2:45m to get there as I live to Other end of London plus raining. The agent Phil came on time we got to see the flat and in less than 10’ the door open and a lady come in. He start talking to her and I got a bit confused. I asked who is the lady and he said oh don’t worry she is fine you can speak infort of her. I asked again who is the lady is she the owner? He said no she is a second viewing, you are booked on a double viewing. I was defiantly not aware of that, and the moment she got in I just start doing my 1st question for the flat. Whiteout even completing it. As she interrupted us. I said to the agent I don’t wish other people listen to my conversations as they are related with my personal life. And he said oh well you were booked on double viewing and I said again I was not and if I was you should have let me know. He said you should come again if you want to know more. My answer was Do you think I will do again 2:45 to come and 2:45 to go back to see the same flat…? In the rain with all my clothes wet???? And as I walked the out of door he shouted to me I don’t need to tell you that you are double booked. So more than 5hs of my day gone for less than10’ and without being able to take the info for the flat! Very bad. If there were minus stars he definitely will have -5 from me.my appointment was 15:30pm on Friday the 6th Feb.

On this occasion, the viewing was scheduled as a shared appointment, which does occasionally happen during busy launch periods. That said, we accept that this should have been communicated more clearly in advance. We appreciate that you had travelled a long distance in poor weather, and we understand how frustrating this must have felt when expectations did not align on arrival. GoogleI had a great experience with this estate agent from start (Phil Groves) to finish. He was professional and helpful, but most importantly Phil was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. His communication was clear, consistent, and always prompt, which made what can be a stressful experience feel much more manageable. Phil was proactive in chasing updates, keeping all parties aligned, and always happy to help or explain things when needed. I really appreciated how approachable and supportive he was and I genuinely felt looked after at every stage. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Phil and his team to anyone buying or selling a property.

GoogleBrian Cox Estate Agents have just sold our uncles house in Harrow and we can’t recommend them highly enough! The property sale process was majorly affected by the buyers solicitor which resulted in significant and unnecessary delays on their part. However, throughout this time the service that we recieved from the team at Brian Cox, in particular Daniel Jed and Rachel Jones, was exceptional. They both went above and beyond to ensure that the sale from their perspective went as smoothly as possible, despite constant challenges that were beyond their control. They were consistently professional, focused, knowledgeable, efficient, supportive and their communication was excellent throughout. Thank you so much on behalf of our uncle and our family for everything, it’s much appreciated.
