I cannot thank Sharon enough for steering me through a troublesome transaction. Whatever problems the buyer, or the solicitors, threw at her, she calmly took it all in her stride, and steered us all (buyer AND seller) through to completion. I had considered an internet based agency to save cost, but looking back, I honestly feel the transaction would not have gone through if I had.

We cannot recommend Bond Oxborough highly enough ,the professionalism and exuberant nature of the staff was exemplary, after every viewing we were telephoned with feedback ,and kept up to date with everything . unfortunately we had a tricky buyer who nearly drove us to insanity but the calm and extremely competent staff always managed to solve the situation. A special mention must go to Finn for his determination and diligence and to Phillipa who we cannot praise enough ,she was just practically perfect in every way , calm,productive ,and so on the ball . Amazing !! We plan on using them again .

I have used BOP before to rent a property and wasn't at all impressed with the service however I did invite them to value my property as a comparison to other local agents. I was visited by Alex from the Bideford office and I was so impressed with his enthusiasm and his interest in my property that the choice was simple. It was a quick sale and I was impressed that Alex followed it through from beginning to end he is a real asset to the company and I will be using him again in the new year to sell my second property. Having decided to move from Bideford to Essex, the prospect of having to sell three houses in one year was quite daunting. We need not have worried. Bond Oxborough Phillips's team were both highly professional and reassuring throughout the whole process. Recently we have been through the process of selling a property with BOP in Bideford. We have been pleasantly surprised by the amount of support they have offered throughout the process. Many queries and issues have arisen which were very time consuming. Philippa Bishop who handled this sale for us dealt with each and every one of these in a professional,, patient and courteous manner. She always kept both ourselves and the purchaser informed of the progress at each stage. The service and attention given was excellent from beginning to end. I felt I could sit back and relax as I knew I was in good hands and a good outcome would be the result which it certainly was. Having registered my sale with them a viewer was on their way before I got home. Within a week I had a buyer thanks to a well constructed broacher and staff with a good vibe about my property. From beginning to end Bond Oxborough Phillips couldn't have been any more helpful. Local means they have the ability to help so much more than a remote agent, personal help, local reputation and acquaintances plus a good grasp on the current market all go to providing an efficient comprehensive service. Should I ever need the services of an estate agent in the Holsworthy area again this company would be my only choice. We changed to BOP after trying unsuccessfully to sell our house for 18 months. Straight away we had more people viewing in a week than we had in the previous 6 months! This was only partly because of realistic pricing and good marketing was definitely a factor. It didn't take long to get an offer and the progress through the sale was in general managed very well. There were a few problems that they as agents were not responsible for but Philippa 'chased' the other agents and solicitors involved to arrive at a satisfactory conclusion.
