An obvious decision

We contacted Bond Oxborough to potentially sell our house. They turned up, looked around the house gave us their valuation and thoughts about how well the property would sell. Everything they said coincided with our thoughts and we were left feeling really positive. The next day we had another agent visit to get a second opinion. This was the agent we were hoping to sell with as we originally purchased through them. To say we were left deflated after they left was an understatement. They were nowhere near what we wanted with the valuation and worst still, they made it feel like it would not be easy to sell our house. The obvious decision was to made to choose Bond Oxborough, they took some really good photos and in no time we had viewings. 8 days later we had our first offer which we accepted. Unfortunately from that point on things slowed down considerably due to issues on our buyers side. At times it felt like Bond Oxborough were the only people trying to get this sale through. We were under pressure to complete on our new property and the longer our sale went on the more likely our new sale would fall through. Bond Oxborough tried their hardest to get the relevant people moving and keeping me informed about the progress. Eventually everything went through and we now leave happily in our new house. I really believe if it wasn't for Bond Oxborough we wouldn’t be where we are today.

An amazing personal service

We gave this agent a difficult task, Very restricted viewing ( 4 hours each week) and restrictions on completion on a holiday let property, without a for sale board and they took up the challenge and sold it for us to the 4th people to view. Completion has taken place today and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They sold us our main home 7 years ago and when we walked in to discuss this sale we were so impressed to meet so many original staff - a business that they obviously love to stay working for. All of the people who viewed said that they were the only agents to take note of what was required and this was certainly the case when we bought through them. Excellent, even when our house took longer than anticipated to sell.

Bond Oxborough Phillips were efficient, friendly and hardworking from the start, with Oliver attending our initial valuation appointment with a portfolio of recently sold houses in our area. We felt our property was well advertised, we always had a good number of viewings and we're kept up to date with the market. Our house took a little longer to sell that we initially thought but BOP were brilliant throughout, they weren't pushy for us to drop the price and gave suggestions on how we could improve the saleability of the house. The after sales have been great too. The team have regularly checked in on us and have nudged our buyers along when needed as well. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we have received from the team, they have done an absolutely fantastic job.
