I attempted to sell my house with an online estate agent in order to buy a house that was being sold through Bidwells. After numerous issues with selling through the online agent I eventually did the sale and purchase through Bidwells. Robert and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout and we have now completed and moved into our new home. The review is for all of the staff who were involved. We are very grateful.

My experience with Bidwells (Cambridge) has been nothing short of first class. I have dealt with Bidwells since 1979…

I have dealt with Bidwells since 1979 when I joined the family retail business in Trinity Street Cambridge. Their job was to review the rent on behalf of the College. Now retired I use them as agent for a flat I own to let. Mel Jarvis has found me three excellent tenants and now we begin the forth set. Lacie Hay manages the tenancies ongoing and sets my mind at rest with calm assurance. I have forgiven Bidwells now that I am a landlord myself, though I doubt they will ever make me as rich as Trinity.

An excellent Customer service from the Bidwells team, very responsive and helpful to resolve any issues. My only issue was with the Goodlord referencing and contracting system they use. It is inflexible (Eg. no way to contact them with questions), tedious to fill out online, and annoying with its follow up messages.

We were interested in renting properties at rightmove and trying to contact the Cambridge Bidwells by various emails and nothing nothing feedback even you sent follow up. Friendly and honest renting process

We found an apartment via Rightmove and got in touch with Bidwells through there. The associate we dealt with, Niki, was very helpful from the get-go. Niki has been very understanding of our situation (being in the middle of a visa application process) and has provided full transparency about the rental process, always being clear about what Bidwells could and could not guarantee given our situation. Excellent Customer Service

Though I am yet to secure a property, Andy at Bidwells went above and beyond to help me find a property, letting me know of properties due to become available and getting in contact as soon as something became available to help with my property search (most people will only help with that particular property and even then don't always give much help due to the large number of people inquiring about properties).
