I was selling our family home after my mother passed away and had 3 estate agents visit to pitch for the business. Robert Couch came to discuss options and pricing, and presented us with the a selection of material for similar properties with sale prices to justify the valuation. It wasn't the highest valuation, and they didn't offer the cheapest fees. We went with Robert because we felt we'd get the most personalised service. Also, we had to have a high level of trust given we weren't local and couldn't monitor things closely. They were very patient with our changes to the marketing material and despite hitting lockdown #1 just as we were to about to go live, kept in contact regularly to make sure we were all ready to move quickly once the lockdown ended. As soon as viewings could start, potential buyers were ready to go. We were kept well informed on progress and within a few weeks of the first viewing it had gone to sealed bids. The final steps taking us through to completion were equally efficient. Robert acted with integrity throughout and achieved the best result possible.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Avoid

As a buyer, I would avoid dealing with the Norwich office. They provide misleading information regarding properties, then, when you find out and withdraw, they hit you with extortionate withdrawal fees and blame the developer even though the only agreement you have signed is with them. The type of estate agent that gives estate agents a bad name!
