Bidwells have managed my rental property for more than 7 years and I can not fault the service they have provided both to me and my tenants. They always respond swiftly to queries, they get new tenants in quickly and will sort out repairs/renovations promptly. I would not hesitate in recommending them. We entrusted the refurbishment of our rental property to Bidwells. The project was managed by Dominic Humphrey who did and exceptional job, project managing multiple subcontractors, proactively communicating with us throughout, and paying attention to the little details that make all the difference. Bidwells guidance through Nikki Stevenson was reassuring and realistic. We are delighted with the results and I cannot recommend Bidwells and there are exceptional personnel to highly.

From Sofia, who set up the viewing & met me on key collection day, to Warrick who negotiated & handled my house purchase (& answered all my queries in a respectful & genuinely kind way), Laura and all the other staff at the Trumpington office - they have all been great: treating me with respect and kindness, and seemed genuinely excited with me when I went to pick up the keys! Bidwells did an excellent job with helping us get settled with our new home. Our situation was particularly complicated at times because we moved from a different country, but the Bidwells team walked us through the process, and was very prompt about answering our questions. Our contact person was Niki, and she did a wonderful job with keeping us updated, and managing communication between us and other entities involved in the moving process.

GooglePoor customer service. I viewed a property several weeks ago. I’ve tried to contact Bidwells several times since and each time been told someone will ring me back. No one bothers to return my calls, I haven’t even had the courtesy of an email asking how the viewing went. I can only assume they do not want to sell property.
