We have been using Bidwells for a number of years to find tenants and then manage property in Cambridge. They have a depth of expertise on the local market that always ensures we, and tenants, get accurate and totally professional advice. All their staff are, from first contact in reception through to property managers and directors, helpful, friendly and efficient. Working with them during this last difficult period of lockdown demonstrated the strength of their management.

I transacted in a property where Bidwells were the estate agent. Though they did not represent my interests directly, they were always responsive, curteous and happy to take me on multiple visits to the property. Most importantly they were always truthful and did not try to deceive/paint a wrong picture (as many high street agents unfortunately do).I would highly recommend them anytime. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

We have used Bidwells to manage this flat for many years. They have always kept on top of ongoing maintenance using trusted local businesses - something we couldn't do. They have found good tenants who generally stay for more than a year and the periods between lets has been very short. We have always found Bidwell's staff to be accessible, polite and helpful.
