GoogleYou'd think letting agents would want to sell you a property, instead my wife came in with her pram, struggling to open the door while the 2-3 agents 'working' were on their phones, scrolling bored. Professionalism is gone, no one really looks like they want to help you here, or really wants to be there. Better off doing it all online

GoogleKyle is absolutely the best! After a disaster with our previous lease and finding out we only had two weeks to secure a new flat, we reached out to him. Within half an hour, he had us viewing the property we enquired about, and within a week, he had secured us our dream flat! Throughout the entire process, he was incredibly helpful, transparent, and communicative. Even after move in, he’s been fantastic at checking in and making sure we were fully settled. After having such a wonderful experience with Kyle, I recommended him to my brother, who was in a similar situation with his lease and once again, Kyle came through! Finding him a wonderful property that fit all his requirements. After more than 10 years of renting in London, I’ve never had such a positive experience. I couldn’t recommend him more highly, and I hope to work with him for all future moves!

GoogleSensational is how I would describe my experience with mr. Kyle Matthews. I don't know if there is an agent more professional, more caring, and more efficient then Kyle. I had just came from one of the worst experiences from a different agent, and was in a 7 day time crunch to secure a flat. Kyle was able to secure me a flat in less than 3 days.
