The team at Ballards were fantastic as our move involved selling 2 properties and all it's complexities, but they really pulled out all the stops to make it happen. Special thanks to Phillip who went the extra mile to get us across the line. Thank you team and I have no hesitation in recommending them with a massive 5 stars !

GoogleFor an industry that attracts more than its fair share of bad press, I have to say I have been very pleasantly surprised here. Ballards both sold me and have now sold my home, and the experience from 'both sides of the fence' has been excellent in all respects. Specifically, very impressed with the professional service from Philip. His attention to detail generally and to what actually matters in particular I cannot fault. Communications and advice spot on at all times, he even made great recommendations for solicitors and moving services which have also helped enormously. Definite 'recommend'!

GoogleI rented a property from Ballards for 4 years in Henley and both them, and the landlord were exceptional. I had a comfortable stay, no hassle, paperwork at the start was all arranged on time and I had no headaches starting my tenancy or even during. All maintenance issues I flagged were actioned timely and to high quality, the majority of the contractors were super nice and professional, with the rare unpleasant ones. But even in those cases Ballards handled the situation quite well. I wholeheartedly recommend this agency for any tenant. They are quick, professional, lovely to interact with. My landlord was amazing too.

GoogleI put in interest of the morning of a new property advertisement and had given my details and my position to purchase being a first time buyer. I also told them I had a mortgage in principle and was ready to go for the right property. I was told by AJ Brewster when I called later that afternoon, the property was taken off sale and we would be contacted by them. I decided to call today as I had no update, and I was told that people had been chosen to view on their basis to move forward swiftly. Myself being a first time buyer with a mortgage in principle I thought the least they could do is to contact me if anything. AJ Brestwer the company manager ended calling me pathetic for questioning the reasoning behind not being called for a viewing and at least being contacted. He went on to confirm the chosen people were not First come and first serve. It makes sense if they weren’t chosen on their current basis of being in a position to buy like myself, then it Comes down to seeing the names on paper. This is unacceptable by all means and not fair for anyone to be treated in such a manner . Not even an explanation is even given , and you are called names by the management , as they have no reasoning not to contact you. Everyone should be treated equally and not be treated any less than anyone else. This kind of behaviour is totally unacceptable. I do not wish anyone to go through the same experience with this company. I hope this helps them to better themselves to show equality and treat all customers fairly moving forward.

GoogleI read with interest the negative reviews of Ballards rental office. Ballards severely lacking at providing any sort of assistance in dealing with arrears and dilapidation costs. GoogleI have rented my home through Ballards for the last ten years and Huey in particularly has been on the ball resolving issues for my tenants while keeping me in the loop. I have absolute trust in him and his professionalism and it is such a relief knowing that whatever the problem it will be dealt with quickly and efficiently. I wouldn’t rent through anyone else, Huey and his team are awesome.

GoogleWe have used Ballards to manage rentals of our home in Henley-on-Thames since 2009. We have found Huey Thomas and his team to be on the ball and very competent during the past 12 years. They respond quickly to issues and try and resolve problems fairly. They have been a blessing to us as we are offshore and they have taken away a lot of headaches through managing the situation competently.

GoogleI have rented properties with Ballards for nearly 15 years now both in Henley and Marlow and during that time i have found them to be courteous and professional. When problems have arisen as they do with rental property Ballards and in particular Huey have always dealt with them swiftly and professionally. Huey has a great manner and positive attitude to solving problems and is supported by a great team.
