GoogleI have just moved into my Flat and I absolutely LOVE it! Ryan Allbon was excellent throughout the buying process. Always so quick to respond to any questions and nothing was to much trouble! He genuinely goes through the journey with you and as a First Time Buyer this was hugely appreciated. The team truly helped me to find my perfect home. I have already recommended to friends and would absolutely use Ballards again!

What really stood out was their can-do attitude and willingness to work out of hours to keep everything moving and fit around my schedule. GoogleWe couldn’t recommend Ryan at Ballard’s more for our buy in Shiplake. Ryan’s communication was unbelievably good throughout the sale. We had a lot of curve balls thrown our way at the bottom of the chain which Ryan always found a solution for and if it wasn’t for his hard work & constant efforts, the sale would have fallen through. We can’t thank you enough and if we move again he would be the person we would definitely want to sell our house. Thank you for all your hard work and for going above and beyond for our move.
