GoogleHaving lived in Henley for the best part of 20 years, Ballards were the obvious choice when it came to selling my house. The Ballards team in general, and James in particular, provided a really excellent service - they had been recommended to me by friends too, and I was not disappointed. I found them responsible and professional, helpful and kind when extra things cropped up at the last minute - and honest. When it was a matter of going the extra mile, they did. I also bought our next house through Ballards and had the same experience from the other end. Thank you, Ballards!

GoogleAlthough we didn't end up buying through them, I was impressed with their professionalism, speed and cordiality. Tom helped us with a couple of property viewings on Greys Hill, and we couldn't have asked for better, more friendly service.

GoogleI read with interest the negative reviews of Ballards rental office. Ballards severely lacking at providing any sort of assistance in dealing with arrears and dilapidation costs. GoogleI recently bought a house from Ballards and cannot praise them highly enough. James managed the process and if it was not for him, I am sure that the deal would have fallen through. They are proactive and accommodating and when I come to sell, it will definitely be through them.

GoogleBallards were extremely helpful and professional when I sold my house through them - it was quite a complicated transaction, but they were all very patient and eventually sorted out the various "issues". I would certainly use them again next time I have a house to sell.
