GoogleI have just moved into my Flat and I absolutely LOVE it! Ryan Allbon was excellent throughout the buying process. Always so quick to respond to any questions and nothing was to much trouble! He genuinely goes through the journey with you and as a First Time Buyer this was hugely appreciated. The team truly helped me to find my perfect home. I have already recommended to friends and would absolutely use Ballards again!

GoogleSolid 5 star service from Ryan Allbon at Ballards helping with our house sale in Henley. He provided us with clear, understanding, prompt and “human” communication throughout and was an excellent problem solver. Our sale process always felt in safe hands which really helped with the mental load of going through a move. Can’t recommend him enough! Would absolutely use again if we needed to!

GoogleAs an investment buyer my company Oxford Living Developments Ltd purchased a multiple unit mixed use listed building in Wallingford town centre from a landlord with Ryan (and the Ballards team) provided an excellent service facilitating the transaction from start to finish. The communication was consistent, timely and appropriate. Looking to do more business in the wider Oxfordshire area and are actively acquiring so looking forward to seeing Ballards on the next one(s).

GoogleWe couldn’t recommend Ryan at Ballard’s more for our buy in Shiplake. Ryan’s communication was unbelievably good throughout the sale. We had a lot of curve balls thrown our way at the bottom of the chain which Ryan always found a solution for and if it wasn’t for his hard work & constant efforts, the sale would have fallen through. We can’t thank you enough and if we move again he would be the person we would definitely want to sell our house. Thank you for all your hard work and for going above and beyond for our move.
