GoogleJust wanted to give a big shout out to the Phil and the team at Ballards Marlow, Estate Agency is not an easy business with so many things that can go wrong. They helped my daughter buy her house and they were professional and helpful all the way. They made a stressful thing much better, many thanks. Tim Pat and a happy Heidi.

GoogleOur interaction with Ballards was as a buyer for one of the properties they were marketing. We dealt with Phillip Hamp who, from the first viewing to completion, was excellent. One of the most enthusiastic, friendly people I've ever met! He was very accessible, his communication was excellent and he helped guide us through the whole process. When he was away for a while, his colleague Ian Cudworth seamlessly took over with equal aplomb. Can highly recommend. Many thanks!

GoogleThe lack of ‘hot air’ produced by Ian and the team at Ballard is such a relief. I don’t generally take estate agents at their word, but trust Ballard completely; they are my ‘no brainer’ option in Marlow.

GoogleBallards did an excellent job in selling our house. They have been a pleasure to deal with, and the house was sold very quickly. Really good experience. Thank you Philip

GoogleGeorgina is excellent but when AJBrewster interferes in an abrupt and rude manner attempting to play 2 potential buyers against each other to push up the price it’s time to walk away

GoogleGreat experience since the beginning. First the cordiality of Ian to understand my requirements, then the sympathy of Catherine to demonstrate the property and validate our family needs, and finally all detailed support and assistance from Robbie who guided me with the final details. Highly recommended!

GoogleDidn't end up buying a property, but leaving a positive review because of Ian and his professional and courteous approach.
