GoogleBallards managed our rental property for over 13years, were always easy to deal with and highly efficient. It was never empty for more than a few weeks and all the tenants kept it very tidy. When we came to sell of course we marketed through Ballards, who gave a first class service keeping us informed at all times, helping to sort any issues and keeping the process moving so we were completed in less than two months. GoogleOur interaction with Ballards was as a buyer for one of the properties they were marketing. We dealt with Phillip Hamp who, from the first viewing to completion, was excellent. One of the most enthusiastic, friendly people I've ever met! He was very accessible, his communication was excellent and he helped guide us through the whole process.
