GoogleJust sold mum's house using Balfours estate agents. From start to finish they were brilliant. Scott was a star, helpful, helped mum who is now over 80. A brilliant brochure was done, and fro start to finish the house sold in 9 days. Wow. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe have just completed the purchase of a property and can honestly say the service from beginning to end was exceptional. We did experience a few issues along the way, but Charlie assisted with everything from chasing up solicitors to finding out additional information that was needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

GoogleI recently successfully applied for a rental property through Balfours and couldn't be happier with their service. Their agent Harry was professional, prompt, responsive and did his utmost to help me with any queries and questions that I had about the whole process; being my first private rental agreement, there were more than a few! I am blown away by their service and will definitely use them again if I am able to. Can't recommend enough!

GoogleAs a Landlord letting a property, Paula and Cathrine and Charlotte at Balfours were absolutely excellent, liasing with me to arrange viewings, tenancy agreements, legionaires assessments, etc etc An excellent service all round.

GoogleI'm amazed at all the positive reviews. Balfours completely let us down. Strung us along for 2 weeks in relation to a rented property near Shrewsbury. Always promised to call us back but never did. We did the chasing only to be badly let down by yet another event in Shrewsbury. They completely overlooked us as we don't have a squeaky clean credit score. NO CCJs or actual debt and earn over 50k per year but they cherry pick. Harry was useless and the so called head of lettings wouldn't be fit to make tea in my offices. Useless.
