GoogleWe purchased a property through Balfours in Ludlow & the professionalism & commitment to assist the process was second to none. Catherine’s communication & ability to ensure that the purchase went through on time was outstanding. She was helpful & understanding to our needs & supported us with several viewings to prepare the property for our move.. Catherine’s & Balfours commitment to the purchase made for a seamless experience & something we shall remain ever grateful for as we journeyed not just to a new home but a new life! So grateful - a big thank you for all their support getting us to our new home . True professionals in the property market.

GoogleBalfours recently sold my late sister's house in Leintwardine. Everyone I dealt with at their office was always very helpful and attentive. The sale was quite difficult at times but Cathrine was great and Scott was always on hand with wise council. Thanks very much team!

GoogleDiligent, professional, communicative and caring. We'd recommend Balfour's, especially Cathrine, to anyone looking to buy or sell in or around Ludlow. The work that agents undertake after an offer has been accepted is often overlooked but it's vital in bringing a sale/purchase to completion and Cathrine couldn't have done more to help us. Great service and a very big "thank you".

GoogleScott and Cathrine have been incredible. They were extremely professional and helpful in securing the sale of our property. Communication was always exceptional. Cathrine was always at the end of the phone during the whole process, listening, advising, encouraging and sympathising whenever needed. Their service has been absolutely first class and I would highly recommend them and Balfours as agents.

GoogleOutstanding support at all stages of the process and undoubtedly through their engagement with all parties secured us our new home, when at times it looked at risk of falling through. Many people think estate agents get paid for doing nothing, but that was certainly not the case here and we are forever grateful for all their hard work.
