GoogleScott and Cathrine have been incredible. They were extremely professional and helpful in securing the sale of our property. Communication was always exceptional. Cathrine was always at the end of the phone during the whole process, listening, advising, encouraging and sympathising whenever needed. Their service has been absolutely first class and I would highly recommend them and Balfours as agents.

GoogleDiligent, professional, communicative and caring. We'd recommend Balfour's, especially Cathrine, to anyone looking to buy or sell in or around Ludlow. The work that agents undertake after an offer has been accepted is often overlooked but it's vital in bringing a sale/purchase to completion and Cathrine couldn't have done more to help us. Great service and a very big "thank you".

GoogleA review from Lanyon Bowdler Solcitors: We worked with Abigail, Charlie and the team at Balfours on a particularly complex transaction. The whole team went above and beyond to ensure that the transaction was dealt with efficiently and they were always friendly and responsive. We look forward to working with Balfours again.

GoogleI recently completed a purchase of our new family home from Balfour's in Shrewsbury. Catherine at the Ludlow branch and Alistair at the Shrewsbury branch were a pleasure to deal with. There customer service was amazing throughout the whole process and they went out of the way to inspire confidence and to re-assure at all times. I would highly recommend Balfour's estate agents in Shrewsbury and Ludlow. Brilliant, thank you !!

GoogleWe have had so much kind help from Alastair Hilton and his fellow agents. An extremely helpful evaluation of the prospective buyers and their offers. They were always willing to answer any questions we might have had. Selling a parents house can be difficult but we were assisted in every way possible. Thank you
