GoogleI walked in to Atkinson Mcleod in balham and was met with a warm reception from Vanessa. My requirements were very long but Vanessa was patient and showed me around 2 properties. I will definitely be using Atkinson Mcleod again.

I was then put in contact with Erin McDonagh (Lettings Administrator) who was very efficient, supportive and very informative throughout the process. Would definitely recommend this company!

GoogleAfter a horrendous experience with portico in our last tenancy, Atkinson McLeod have restored my faith in property agents. Rory in the lettings team at the Balham branch went above and beyond to help secure our new home. In our lengthy property search, Rory was the only agent who actually listened to our list of requirements and priorities and used them to source only appropriate available properties. This was quite refreshing as most other agencies we were signed to would suggest properties which were miles from our target location or ridiculously over our budget. The entire tenancy process has been efficient and stress free - thanks so much Rory and the Atkinson McLeod team!

GoogleMy first experience with Atkinson was with Claire at the Hackney office, to rent a flat out in Hackney... Over the last 18 months they have been amazingly professional. So much so that when the decision was made to sell the flat we stayed with Atkinson and used their sales team. Candy at the same office. Candy has been so friendly and her team have made me feel welcomed and valued, no matter the time I call or how small me question is. A delight to work with - if only I had more flats! (They love dogs there too - Hi from Roger the Dog...)

GoogleReally poor Estate Agency company here. Have been utterly useless in helping me and my friends search for a new property to rent. The estate agent dealing with me forgets when they have spoken to me. I have had to repeat what we are looking for three times now and have to remind them on a daily basis I am still looking for a property. It is becoming annoying now. Many properties marketed by them are advertised on search websites (zoopla, right move, etc), for them to always have already been let in a ploy you sign up with them... which I did. However even though more and more properties come onto the search websites after they have been let, I still have had no pre-warning about new properties coming to the market in months! They are simply a joke.
