GoogleWe saw a advert in gumtree and called up to arrange a veiwing. Vincent met us at the property on time and showed us around. He seemed very genuine and honest. The home fitted our small families needs. The whole process was fairly quick. Thanks a lot Vincent.

GoogleThe team at Atkinson Mcleod Balham found me a property. Elena and Vanessa were lovely. I had first viewing with Vanessa and Elena helped me measure up for my furniture. Both are lovely girls! Helpful and professional without being stuffy. I'd use these two again, and maybe invite them out for a glass of wine too!

GoogleBen is one of the few agents that I can trust when dealing with proceedings. He is direct and friendly - he will do what needs to be done to ensure the landlord and tenant's happiness. I've dealt with a lot of estate agents and I can say with full honesty that you will not get a better service from anyone or anywhere else.

GoogleLeah Browne and Lloyd Newton-Cross. Lloyd kept us informed of properties coming on the market, especially after another property fell through. He made sure to contact us as soon as he could and was always available for viewing and queries. Leah was very helpful in the follow up stages of agreeing our tenancy. She made sure to provide all necessary information and documents from the landlord, and contacted the landlord on our behalf with queries.

GoogleAfter a horrendous experience with portico in our last tenancy, Atkinson McLeod have restored my faith in property agents. Rory in the lettings team at the Balham branch went above and beyond to help secure our new home. In our lengthy property search, Rory was the only agent who actually listened to our list of requirements and priorities and used them to source only appropriate available properties. This was quite refreshing as most other agencies we were signed to would suggest properties which were miles from our target location or ridiculously over our budget. The entire tenancy process has been efficient and stress free - thanks so much Rory and the Atkinson McLeod team!

GoogleI would honestly say Atkinson Mcleod are one of the best agents I've used to date. I had a great experience with them. Vanessa found me a fab property with a smooth move in! She was very professional, helpful informative and not at all pushy. I have recommended them to my friends who are also moving.

GoogleReasonable service (although not the brightest bunch) but watch out for their eye-watering fees. They charge one week plus VAT which meant our fees for a three bed flat were nearly £750!!!!!! A complete outrage when you consider the usual fees that agents charge.

GoogleFound me a great apartment very quickly. In particular Vaness Edet helped to negotiate getting some of the funiture removed and and cosmetic updates to the property ahead of move in. Erin McDonagh was brilliant at keeping me informed on the progress of my application, sorting out contracts, etc. And keeping me calm ahead of the move. Ideally I won't be moving again anytime soon, but will head back to AtkinsonMcLeod if I do 😀
