GoogleI found that when going with Atkinson's estate agency, James was very helpful with explaining how i could go by selling my property. There were very easy and simple steps to follow and a straight forward process which any new buyer/seller would be nervous to discuss first time. James was very friendly and approachable regardless of the question which was asked. I would highly recommend him & Atkinson McLeod to anyone else who is looking in selling or buying a property.

GoogleAfter a horrendous experience with portico in our last tenancy, Atkinson McLeod have restored my faith in property agents. Rory in the lettings team at the Balham branch went above and beyond to help secure our new home. In our lengthy property search, Rory was the only agent who actually listened to our list of requirements and priorities and used them to source only appropriate available properties. This was quite refreshing as most other agencies we were signed to would suggest properties which were miles from our target location or ridiculously over our budget. The entire tenancy process has been efficient and stress free - thanks so much Rory and the Atkinson McLeod team!

He was professional, responsive and pro-active, organised renovation works with Leah Browne and sorted out suitable tenants for a 24 month term. I really appreciated his work and availability, made the process easy to go through.

GoogleWe dealt with Sam during our property search and he was without a doubt one of the best estate agents we dealt with across a number of companies. During our search we found a umber of agencies where setting up viewings for properties that did not match or requirements this was not only time consuming but highly frustrating. Sam however at Atkinson McLeod listened to us as tenants, taking into consideration what we actually wanted and going above and beyond to ensure that every property we viewed with them not only matched our criteria but also us as tenants. I would not hesitate to use this company and Sam again in the future, and would recommend to anyone currently house hunting.

GoogleMe and my friends been looking for 4 bedroom flat to rent in Hackney and the advert from AtkinsonMcLeod came across gumtree. I arranged a viewing with Vincent for the same day. Unfortunately the property wasn't exactly what we were looking for, but we quickly clarified what we actually need and Vincent suggested different house. At the end of the day we changed our minds and decided to live separate so we didn't rent any flat, but if we would, we would wait for the right one from AtkinsonMcLeod. Vincent is a good egg. GoogleHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - They issued us 5 wrong contracts before we could sign the final one - The day our tenancy started and we picked up the keys the office had lost them! - We had to get a key off an agency the landlord had used previously, who warned us that they had dropped him as a client because he could not supply the necessary paperwork - When we moved in there was no key to lock the back door, we property was unsecured - The rubbish that was supposed to be removed before move-in in our contract was still there, the whole backyard was full - We were getting complaints from the council because of the flies but could not get it removed by them for free because the previous tenants had used up all their free annual collections - Our landlord was not in touch with us and failed to meet the contract and fix the outstanding repairs - The agency did not help from the point we signed the contract and reminded us that they are LETTINGS ONLY - The property was bedbug infested - We moved out early and still haven't gotten our deposit back after 6 months - Our landlord had registered our deposit but not payed it into the scheme which we have found out recently so we are having to go through the insurance to get our money back - Although we complained about our landlord he has been taken on again by Atkinson McLeod
