Excellent service by Josh James and Zelia Dupont. Extremely helpful and professional. Would highly recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. Obstructive staff who do not care for their tenants, they only have $$$ on the brain. They are all wonderful and helpful until they've got your money and then after that they do not care. Absolutely no empathy understanding about ongoing issues with our property. Property management do not reply to emails and avoid phonecalls from you. One lady told me to "stop calling them". Getting any response or update from them is exhausting. Every process since signing the tenancy agreement has been extremely flawed. Do not rent a property from them - learn from our mistake.

From the moment we started looking for a property and contacted Atkinson McLeod, Ed swiftly got on the case for us, and was extremely proactive in finding properties that matched our specifications. He was never pushy, never pressurised us, but was always helpful, prepared to both give us his professional advice and (just as importantly) listen to our needs. It has never been a trouble to offer us a lift to viewings and he has at all times been courteous, smartly presented, professional and delightful to deal with. As the first person we actually met, Ed gave us a fantastic impression of Atkinson McLeod. Brilliant agency.

If you see the name Phillip Mconville, run away. I will never be using that estate agency (Atkinson McLeod) ever again. They will tell you anything you want to hear to make you sign a contract and they will not have any problem to lie to your face.

On 17/02 I enquired through Rightmove about a 2 beds to rent in Camberwell. I called the office the day after asking if the property was still available. The agent confirmed it was, so he asked whether I wanted to view it. We agreed to meet the same day at 7pm, but I should have waited for him to call me back as he needed the keys from the landlord. I called him back few hours later asking for an update and he said he would have called me back in a minute to confirm. He did so, but said that the landlord had rented it himself. As I was not sure about what was going on, I called the office again on 18/02 asking whether the property was still available, once again I was told it was and therefore I asked for arranging a viewing. We agreed to meet on 20/02 at 12pm. I asked why I was told it was gone and the agent said it had just got back on the market - I asked them for sending me a confirmation, which it did not arrive. I called them twice on 19/02 asking for confirming the viewing, but in both cases no address was provided. This morning 20/02 I called the office again and one of the agent did not know anything as nothing was on their system. He told me his colleague was going to contact me back. He did it at 11:36am saying that 2 beds I was interested about was under offer and that he would have showed me something else. I know a property in London can be gone in a minute, but this is a totally different story. I was told the property was available at least three times and everytime I called them I was told the viewing was confirmed at 12pm, whilst in reality nothing was on their system and most of the people working there did not know a thing about it. This is such an unprofessional and really poor service. Time wasters and completely disorganised.

Alexandra Jaupart was very professional and made every effort to find us a new home in the City! Admin team were a bit slow, however, and communication on the progress of the letting could have been better!

Alexandra was very helpful and polite in our flat search

Do not trust this agency. Our Agent PHIL guaranteed us that when entering the flat the facilities of the development such as gym, pool, cinema... etc. would have been ready weeks before we moved in. As of now one month and a half has passed and it is still uncertain when they will be ready for the tenants. We tried to contact PHIl to give notice of the problems within our flat and schedule a meeting, yet he avoided all our attempts to contact him. This company takes ADVANTAGE of tenants.

Alexandra Jaupart gave me an excellent service throughout our search for a new Property. She was always available on the phone and always called me with regular updates on existing properties and new properties that came onto the market. Very knowledgeable about the area, I would recommend Alex to any prospective tenant looking for a property.

I have had the great misfortune of dealing with this incompetent agency. I advise all those considering employing their services to avoid them at all costs. We just moved in to a flat in the new London Docks development. The agent PHILLIP MCONVILLE lied to our faces and induced us to enter a contract that we would not have otherwise, after numerous misstatements and fabrications on his part.He reassured us that the facilities that came with the development, including a gym, pool and cinema would be completed before we moved in. On moving in he told us they would be completed within a few weeks. His previous guarantees then turned into vague responses about how these things are uncertain. Something he could surely have alluded to before we entered the agreement, WHICH HE DID NOT. While concluding our contract they got the figures for rent and the fee we owed them wrong TWICE. Delaying our move in date and furthermore calling and hounding us when they actively contributed to the delay that caused problems. As part of our agreement we requested that the apartment come furnished and asked PHILLIP repeatedly if that entailed that both rooms would have wardrobes. Phillip told us that they would definitely come with fitted cabinets. I was the first to move in and upon meeting him asked once more about the missing cabinets in one of the rooms at which point he outright lied and stated ' they are being built according to the measurements, I spoke to the landlord and he said they would be fitted within the week so not to worry'. It has been almost been a month and two weeks and our problems have yet to be remedied. The email address provided to us to contact the landlord should we face problems does not work. When we finally managed to get a hold of him, to discuss the fact that the kitchen lights do not work and the lack of wardrobe and television remote. He was dismissive and unhelpful. Apparently no such conversation about wardrobes transpired between him and Phillip. No wardrobe was to be placed in the second room. As for the lights and remote he told me some one would come over to sort it out that day we spoke. I was home all day nobody showed up. It has been weeks and both the landlord and Phillip have not responded to any emails requesting assistance. Do not make the mistakes we did. Avoid this agency and Phillip at all costs. He gives all real estate agents a bad name. Unprofessional and a waste of your time and money.

Sam - our fabulous Welsh estate agent! From the moment Sam picked up the phone, we all knew he was going to be an amazing help to us. This wasn't just because of our Welsh bond, and his friendly accent, but because he seemed to be completely dedicated to helping us find our dream flat. As three young professionals moving to London for the first time, Sam was very reassuring and did his very best to find us a house with all the features we wanted, in the right location. We listened to his recommendations and so far they have all been amazing. He even told us the nearby pubs that would be a suitable local! He was superb at communicating. He picked up the phone whenever we rang (which was quite a lot!!), left us voicemails as soon as he thought he found something appropriate and was willing to take us to viewings at very short notice. He was always on time to show us around, something that we have found many estate agents are not! We would definitely recommend Sam as your estate agent and Atkinson Mcloed. Diolch yn fawr iawn Sam!!!

Your typical London Estate Agent - unanswered Emails, lies on the phone, ... In our specific case, they also failed to communicate with the landlord about the furniture which has been removed by them (it has been accepted in the offer to remove a couple of pieces of furniture). End of the story was, that the landlord claimed around £700 for lost furniture from our deposit. The Deposit Protection Scheme made a positive decision for us in the end (we got the full deposit back). But it took around 4 months and a lot of paperwork. Never again Atkinson McLeod.

Hi Peter Lai, we can't find your records in our Balham office. Who were you dealing with? Can you please explain to us why you've been disappointed with our services? We would be very happy to help. Regards,

Ieva has been extremely helpful and has done a great job in finding me tenants both swiftly and efficiently for three of my properties over the last couple of months. Her communication is great and keeps me updated at all times on whatever the situation. I highly recommend Ieva and Atkinson McLeod Kennington for finding great quality tenants in a timely manner. As a landlord I now give them all my rental business!
