GoogleI had previously found tenants myself but thought I would try estate agents this time round. I looked at a few agencies but Atkinson Mcleod was the ones that found me tenants first at the rent I wanted. They kept me informed and the whole experience was easy and I was really pleased overall. Great customer service, will use again.

GoogleI had a very good experience with this Atkinson McLeod office branch, very professional and kind. The agent who was assisting us in our property hunt, Vincent Bronhard, has been very helpful, professional and really careful listening to our needs, trying to fit them at best. (Several of the other agents I dealt with were not so caring or receptive but mainly pushy.) So, we really appreciated his and I believe the whole office professional skills and attention to customer and therefore I'm confident suggesting them.

GoogleMy first experience with Atkinson was with Claire at the Hackney office, to rent a flat out in Hackney... Over the last 18 months they have been amazingly professional. So much so that when the decision was made to sell the flat we stayed with Atkinson and used their sales team. Candy at the same office. Candy has been so friendly and her team have made me feel welcomed and valued, no matter the time I call or how small me question is. A delight to work with - if only I had more flats! (They love dogs there too - Hi from Roger the Dog...)

GoogleIt was amazing working with Claire and Vincent. Right from the start they were open to hearing my needs and concerns and found the right flat for me very quickly. They did not try to push, allowed me to see the place a couple of times and have continued to be supportive now I am in the place. Great service.

GoogleLetting agents do not always get the credit they deserve, for me as a landlord, the service i require is find me a tenant service, Claire is a credit to her company, she displays true professionalism and tenacity especially when dealing with a difficult customer like myself. All my calls was returned in a timely manner, all viewings were conducted without issues, and with her dedication a suitable tenant was found. The whole process was seamless and without issues, thank you Claire.

GoogleThe worst agency I have ever dealt with, not only are they super un helpful, but I have moved out in February and we are now in June and I have still not received my deposit. Not only are they unhelpful but the most disorganised company I have ever seen. It’s a shame there isn’t a 0 star option, because the way they treat people is disgusting. Go somewhere else, unless you want broad daylight robbery.

GoogleI had a very good service with Claire Oki. She was highly professional from day one of meeting her at the office. She did really try for me to get a property for rent but the bidding was high and unfortunately she failed to secure one for me. I am not flattering but i have never met an estate agent before who was friendly and helpful like Claire. Even though I got another property the one I am renting right now but I believe in future I will use Atkinson McLeod again when I will be looking for a property to rent.

GoogleFirst time I had used Atkinson McLeod as a tenant (or other). Didn’t really know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Claire Oki is the Lettings Manager that dealt with us, she was very professional, efficient and reasonable. She still is, now that we’ve moved into the flat (based in Lower Clapton). Would highly recommend, they have some beautiful properties.

GoogleThis is the second year I have used Atkinson McLeod Hackney to let my property and as before they have done a most professional job. As a landlord, there are two main criteria. The first is finding reliable and trusty worthy tenants who will be responsible, pay the rent and look after the property and the other is securing a tenancy as soon as is practical when the property becomes available. Well done and thanks to Claire and Inga for doing a first class professionals job once again. - Michael

GoogleI worked with Candy to sell my apartment and really had a fabulous experience from start to finish, She was knowledgeable, approachable, endlessly patient and always available to take phone calls. She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Candy made our whole process as painless and straightforward as possible. I would highly recommend her!

GoogleVery unprofessional, they come for viewings without giving us notice. They touched our stuff put clean towels in dirty water and dirty stuff on our clean face towels. They moved our stuff around even though we asked them nicely 4 times to give us notice before they come they think our house is the local coffee shop. Very unprofessional

GoogleMost unprofessional and disrespectful agency I have dealt with. Rental contract provided only on the day of move-in (despite immediate payments on our side), no reaction whenever issues in our rental flat where raised (e.g. 2 months without heating in winter, 2 months without functioning fridge), visits to our apartment without prior notice, and 7 weeks wait to get a full deposit back (despite us chasing them every few days).
