GoogleThe guys provided me with very quick and informed answers to any query I had with regards to my tenancy. Lloyd was exemplary. When hurdles came about, Lloyd took responsibility and really calmed us down and got things sorted. His lack of BS is very refreshing

GoogleI recently had a valuation conducted on my flat in the Camberwell area.I was so grateful to have been greeted by Ben the Letting Manager, who unlike other Letting Managers that I have dealt with in the past, greeted me with a warm and friendly persona, he was very informative and trusting. Although i'm not one to often write reviews, I feel this is definitely worthy of my time, as I know how hard it is to find someone I genuinely feel I can rely on. Thanks again Ben and the team, and good luck with future business, I shall certainly be spreading a good word about you!

GoogleLeah Browne was brilliant and really went the extra mile. Being new to the area with a new job to start and a new flat to move into I was really stressed however I needn't have been as Leah was really helpful and the move went well and was handled in a very friendly and professional manor. Hopefully I won’t be moving again anytime soon but if I do I’ll definitely be using Atkinson McLeod and would certainly recommend

GoogleBe careful with them, they are very incompetent. I went for a viewing with them, the agent was late and did't have the key to the building, I had to go back again later that day. We agreed a move-in date, I paid everything, set up the move. 5 days before the move in, they told me I cannot move because they forgot to arrange for a gas certificate. I told them that it was then too late for me to extend my stay in my previous place, so I've got nowhere to stay. They said they "understand that this is difficult for me". They did not offer accommodation for the interim period, not even storage for my belongings. When I finally moved in, the flat which was supposed to be professionally clean was filthy to the extent I had pieces of food in my bed. Later they forgot to forward me a notice about the clearing out of a storage area, and I had my bike removed. They insisted they did not get the notice, but did not liaise with the maintenance company. They probably know that if you like the flat they have you can only get it through them, so they can do whatever they like to you, so again, be very careful with them.

GoogleI deal with Leah, who's always very helpful. Now on my second flat with AM. very smooth, never any issues, always got my payments back to me when they should. And there's always someone there in the office when i walk past after work incase I need anything. Just in case ;)

GoogleI first met Ben McLeod during our valuation meeting at my property in Camberwell, at which he was very knowledgeable and helpful. After valuing the property accurately, he rang me the next day to set up a number of viewings for potential tenants. To my surprise, Ben arranged for a group of four students to rent the property within a week. Overall, I was very pleased with the service from Atkinson McLeod - assertive, accurate and good communication.

GoogleNo service! once the contract is signed you are on your own. Maintenance issues reported 6 months ago still not rectified. Sending emails doesn't help as the adviser is on holiday and nobody else can assist!!! Absolutely pathetic "service"

GoogleI dealt with Sam during my property search and was surprised at the level of customer service we received. He listened to our budget and what we wanted and only showed us properties that suited our requests. Very friendly and efficient- would recommend.

The staff in the Kennington branch, were friendly and offered excellent knowledge of the area, including Lloyd, who made the whole experience much less stressful than other agencies. GoogleRosie at Atkinson McLeod helped my by my first home and was very helpful and supportive throughout the process. During the search she took me round a few local properties in one evening which was hugely valuable to let me benchmark value and fit the search into my busy schedule. She helped me secure what I needed from the seller and took time out before the sale was complete to let me make further inspections of the property.

GoogleSam Orme - had a viewing booked with one of Sam's colleagues but since they were off sick he took over the viewing. Sam was a great help and was very knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding area. Felt very comfortable with him as he seemed honest and friendly. Would definitely recommend him to a friend.

Ben (the lettings manager) assisted me and provided a very professional service. Finding a property in London was very hard, near impossible, however the team at Kennington made finding a place with ease. Highly recommend.

GoogleAfter a crazy and exhausting house hunting me and my boyfriend found our lovely place!we are so happy! Ieva was the one showing us what it's going to be our future home. She was very attentive and explained everything very in detailed for us. During the process she has been answering every single email I was sending to her I am happy to find people like her in Estates Agents, she is very nice and very professional!
