I have found the company to be organised and hardworking with a great reputation from the Tenants we speak to daily. GoogleI don't even know where to begin. We just moved to our new property two weeks ago and already had soooo many problems with this agency. There's no communication between them, me and my husband receive calls from different people there asking the same things or giving different information about the same issue. They usually don't do what they say they are going to do and when they actually do, is because you've sent emails and called everyone there hundreds of times! Last night we went there to pick up one of our keys at 6:49pm and they were already closed. They have a huge sign in their door saying it closes at 8pm. Then we called to all the numbers we already have from them and no one answers. We left several messages and they don't even come back to you to ask for sorry or to say whatever they have to say! I just called them and apparently they close at 7pm!! hahaha hilarious! In their website they wrote "While the rest of the industry goes home, we are still available" - What a joke!! It's not just the worst agency, is the worst service I've ever seen after living in several countries in the world. The previous tenants told us the agency was a nightmare, but we never imagined it would be so bad straight away! It's not even the landlord's fault, but this agency just makes you regret your decision to move to your new house.

The boys were professional and friendly and they were exceptionally flexible during move-in - both in terms of key exchange and general letting related queries etc. I would recommend this AM for lettings and especially the lads as first point of contact. GoogleI have been dealing with both Lloyd and Ben. They are nice enough to talk to on the phone but lack of communication is utterly shocking. Three times now they have told me about properties and set up viewings. All three occasions they have failed to send me confirmation after chasing 3-4 times for each viewing. And all 3 times half hour to 1 hour before the appointed time I find out (by me calling them and asking for the address once again..) the property has already been let. On the last property when we made the appointment the day before I even specifically asked whether it is under offer of any kind and they all responded no. The worst customer service and time waster ever.
