GoogleHorrible, please avoid. Incompetent workers thats all I can say. Nothing about it is easy or clear. It is my first experience with and estate agente and I have to say couldn't be more dissapointed. The agent semed amazing and super friendly until he has you under is claws, after that everything goes bad, we had all kind of things... from the agent 'forgeting' that had an appointing with us and saying that he thought it was the next day so he couldn't make it (and us waiting in front of the door), the address on the contract was wrong, misscommunication, lack of communication, arranged a day to get the keys and no word from the agent, until that same morning (we were supposed to pick up the keys at 10am!) the agent (doesn't even bother to call) drop us an email saying the office is closed in the morning and that he is just there in the afternoon from two... So this to say, this agents do not consider you first at all, are rude, unprofessional and couldn't care less. AVOID as the flats are usually in more than one agency at the same time.

GoogleHorrible service. I put the holding deposit a month ago, the offer was rejected, I am still waiting to have my money back!!! Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

GoogleMy girlfriend enquired after a property in Stockwell. Arranged a viewing. Day of viewing, called to confirm it, but got no answer from either the office or Lloyd, the agent she was dealing with. Turned up to the viewing anyway, having taken time off work, only to have him no-show. Called the office a few more times, and finally got through to someone, who said that Lloyd was off sick. Shockingly poor communication, materially worse off for having dealt with them.

GoogleDespite not having found my place through Atkinson McLeod, their team was great, in particular Lloyd who always made an effort to find and suggest the right place. Unfortunately some of these locations were out of our budget which kind of made it pointless to visit given that we were out of our depth, but nonetheless, we were getting closer to what we wanted to be our home. I've noticed some people have had bad experiences, but I can honestly say we had zero problems. From Lloyd showing up on time, to the kind of property we wanted and returning my deposit back.

GoogleThese agents sum up everything wrong with renting in London. After paying fees they had no involvement in the upkeep of the property. They have made no attempting at resolving issues between tenants and landlords but instead they used scare tactics and lies to get as much money from the tenants as possible. Be extremely careful if renting one of their property's as they are not there to help tenants only to exploit them as much as possible.

GoogleLondon is not an easy place to find a flat to rent in and we weren't looking forward it. However, Ieva from AM made it really easy. She was super helpful and very friendly throughout the process. We got the second flat we saw with AM only because of Ieva - she allowed us to put a deposit on the flat before we saw it as I couldn't make the viewing. We would never have got the flat without her help. She was also willing to show us round the flat a second time and then arranged for us to meet the landlord and take some measurements before we moved in, making the painful moving process a lot less painful! There are other things about AM we don't like e.g. extortionate agent fees, and we are reserving judgement on the 'property management' process, having only been here for 2 weeks. But so far, everyone we have actually spoken to at AM (rather than email) has been helpful, polite and friendly.
