GoogleI would definitely recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to rent or buy a property. I was taken around by Megan who was very friendly and honest about each property we visited. The agency had a vast portfolio of properties and the great news is that in no time at all me and my partner found our dream home!

GoogleI wanted to let my property in the city, after having a few not so great experinaces with a few other local agents I found Ed Gosling ! I Can honestly say I've never had a better experience and service! Right from day one my property was on the market at a great price and within just a few days they had not only found me tenants at the asking price but had also moved them in without a hitch. I would recommend this Estate Agent to anyone and everyone who's looking to rent there property! Thank you so much Ed! :)

GoogleHad a great experience with them. The negotiator's name who was helping me to make my decision was Manon. She was very patient and helpful in terms of negotiating and saving time and simply making the process easy and pleasant. Unfortunately, due to my own circumstances I ended up not taking the flat. So what I really appreciated was such a professional reaction, great support and zero problems with refunding my deposit. Also, the properties they have in Central East are simply amazing. Definitely coming back. Thank you Manon!

GoogleLloyd Newton-Cross was fantastic to deal with. He was able to give a viewing at really short notice, and was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my queries for the property. He helped me get the property I wanted and was then remained really responsive afterwards, and was a big help during the referencing, always being friendly and professional. Certainly the best agent I've dealt with in London.

GoogleIf you want to wait over one month for your deposit, go ahead. The entire team is inconsiderate of your situation anytime it comes to moving out. All the employees are rude as well. If you can avoid them please do.

GoogleVery unprofessional, I went to the estate agency because I had arranged a viewing, once there, the agent was not in and after waiting, the lady at the office told me that the agent was not going to come and the property was already rented since the previous day. It was such a waste of time. I will not recommend this agency.

GoogleMy experience with Atkinson McLeod was as a buyer for a property they were representing on behalf of the seller. I had been looking for a property for a long time and they were much more straight forward than other estate agents I had dealt with which led me to making and having an offer accepted very quickly. The purchase soon ran into administrative difficulties between solicitors that lasted months. Out of frustration I called Adam Salem at Atkinson and within two weeks the purchase was closed thanks to his help. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Adam is a honest and experienced straight shooter, rare to find these days in property.

GoogleTHEY DON'T TAKE CARE OF THE CLIENT, AT ALL! To them we are just people who pay rent, they use to reply to each request saying "LANDLORD SAID/LANDLORD DECIDED/LANDLORD AGREED/DISAGREED" not even trying to get the best for a person who has been a 2 years client. If you want to renew they say that the landlord decided to change tenancy because he wants to increase the price but then they rent the flat for £200 LESS; if you try to negotiate on the deposit refund asking for a reasonable deduction (even though the flat at the move in was in a VERY BAD conditions - NOT CLEAN, NOT ALL LIGHTS WORKING ETC..) they get back to you without even trying to find the best solution for you but just saying that landlord agreed on an amount (a huge one) and that 's it, quoting a cleaning for 180£ which is ridiculous and I could go on and on and on. They will hear back from me because it's unacceptable their unprofessional behaviour, the role of an agency is to be an intermediate between landlord and tenant but they don't do anything, they are useless. They blame landlords for any kind of decision, I would stay away from them both as a tenant and as a landlord.
